Hari Indah is beautiful. It's close to the beach so if all you want to do is surf Bingin waves, this is a great spot. We are intermediate surfers and high tide is perfect 11am-2pm at Bingin, after that there is a right hander that's gnarly and more suited to advanced surfers. However there was building work going on with noisy and nosey scaffold workers overlooking our outdoor shower area and waking us at 8am. This I am sure will only be temporary - but perhaps wise to check with the host. The host was responsive over email, though there are no evening staff or overnight security. We enjoyed our stay and surfing on Bingin but there a few improvements that could make the place really great. You will need to hire and ride a motorbike to get to shops and restaurants, but the villa provide access to mopeds (some more helmets and safety checks would be a suggested improvement). Small but beautifully designed rooms and an intimate pool area make for a sociable stay mingling with other guests, dogs and cats, and enjoying the amazing Bali weather. For some reason locals have the area on lock down from Ubers and Bluebird taxi's (which are the cheapest Bali taxi's) so expect to pay higher rates. Thursday night at the Cashew Tree is recommended!
