Have a great vacation at Anaheim's PEACOCK SUITES timeshare property, in a ONE BEDROOM with kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker), and on-site pool and jacuzzi, all within a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. There is also a SUPER convenient, inexpensive shuttle that picks up and drops off immediately out front.
Airbnb rate excludes daily parking/misc fees of $12.29 plus a flat (not daily) housekeeping fee* of $60, which are collected by the resort upon check-out.

Same layout as one bedroom, including queen sleeper sofa, with following wheelchair-accessible modifications: Doorways measure: Entrance door 34", Bathroom door 33" and Sliding door 34". Queen bed with 30" clearance on one side and 33" clearance on opposite side. Wall switches are 46" from the floor. Unit has a shower/tub combo or a roll-in shower with no tub. Tubular style hand bars located 34" from the floor inside the shower. The toilet grab bars at 34" from the floor.

If you have your own car, you will have to pay the mandatory valet fee to park on the property. There is very limited free street parking around the corner about a block away if you want to try to get around it.
SPECIAL NOTE: Onsite continental breakfast has been discontinued, effective June 1, 2014.
If you would like early check-in, the front desk will do its best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. If they are unable to accommodate, they will happily hold your belongings until you are able to check-in.
FEES* - The Tenant understands that the Resort shall charge the following fees: (1) Mandatory daily valet fee, parking tax, and Anaheim tax, totaling $12.29, if a car will be parked on property; (2) One-time housekeeping fee of $60, if reservation is booked greater than 14 days from check-in*, irrespective of length of stay. These fees are collected by the resort upon check-out. These Resort fees are independent of the daily airbnb.com unit rental amount.

ROOM TYPE SELECTION: Please state at time of reservation request your room type preference (e.g. 2 Queens, 1 King, Accessible Queen), also noting if there are any types you do not want. Please note that such restrictions may impede ability to complete the reservation depending on availability at the resort.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - The Tenant understands that once a reservation request is accepted by the Owner, the Owner then initiates a non-recoupable reservation with the property. For this reason, the cancellation policy is set to the strictest airbnb setting.
ISSUES - In order for issues to be resolved, awareness must be made of a problem. Tenant will inform the front desk promptly upon encountering issues. If the front desk is unable to satisfactorily remedy the situation, Tenant will contact the Owner to facilitate resolution.
PRESENTATION - The Resort is a timeshare property and, as such, may offer solicitation to attend a sales presentation for vacation ownership. The Tenant is under no obligation to attend a presentation as a condition of occupancy.
AGE - The Tenant must be age 18 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name.
USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs.
TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit.
OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort.
INCIDENTALS -- Resort will require a credit card imprint upon check-in for the purpose of incidental expenses (i.e., local phone, resort services, room service, etc.), and place a refundable hold on the card that is released upon checkout. Tenant will be expected to provide their own credit card upon arrival for this purpose.
PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit.
DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
