Our first floor condo in the popular Aspens area is convenient for accessing Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, exploring Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone, or any of the greater Jackson Hole area activities. Add comfortable updates and reasonable rates - You are home!


Welcome to Jackson Hole, and our Teton home any from home! We love it here and actively work to share, not only our condo, but our knowledge of the area to help you create lasting memories of your vacation.

Our ground floor home feels intimate due to its setting within the Aspens and in a building with few other condos. Conveniently, there are no steps involved. You can walk directly out on the patio to relax with a cuppa in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening. Our resident mama moose and her calf will frequently keep you company.

We have remodeled and furnished our place with your comfort in mind! Well, and ours too! One of our reviewers accurately said that you can tell the owners stay here too because "everything was thought of".

Our slate entry has a handy bench seat for removing boots and shoes which can then be placed in the boot trays. There is a spacious coat rack there too.

The carpeted master bedroom is immediately to your right with a brand new Luxury Beautyrest Queen mattress, solid wood furniture, and a closet for storage.

Follow the hallway to the remodeled bathroom with a separate vanity area. A new Kenmore by LG front load washer and dryer are located there for your use. The vanity has ample countertop and storage space with more storage in the cabinets above the washer/dryer.

You can prepare your meals in the full kitchen. We have stocked it with items needed to prepare meals including a full set of Pyrex bake/serveware and PBS Cooks' Country top choice cookware. We cook here too! But if you don't want to cook, there are many other choices near by.

Unique to our place is an extra built in closet above large drawers. It's easy to stash suitcases after you have unpacked. We have a 38 inch flat screen TV, DVD, cable, internet, and WiFi.

The open living area has a full size dining table, Queen sofa sleeper, fireplace, and window nook with a twin mattress. This is our favorite place to read and sleep. Peek thought the curtains in the morning to see if mama moose slept just outside the window too!

And, we've come full circle back to the relaxing patio where you'll find a bistro set, gas grill, and, during the winter, firewood.

You and your party will be the sole occupants of the condo. We have always found it to be very quiet. Entry to our place is by a keypad deadbolt so there are no keys to misplace. You will be sent your personal door code prior to your arrival in a letter we personalize to each guests needs. If you tell us your interests, we can offer suggestions. There is a parking lot for your vehicle.

We are available to help our guests via email, text, and phone before, during and after their stay. We have a guest binder in the condo with information and suggestions. We update it frequently with Guest "finds" so be sure to tell us yours!

While you are here be sure to step outside or go for a walk at night. You will never see so many stars in your life!

We like to drive up into the Park around dusk to the beaver pond. That is when they are most active. It is fun to see them bringing twigs to their lodge.

Winter - skiing and snowboarding, of course, but also snowshoeing in the Park, cross country on the golf course or on the levee or in the Park, dog sledding, and snuggling by your own fire.

Summer - all sorts of wildlife viewing (even right out your own window), floating the Snake through the Park, white water rafting, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, golf, tennis, the tram up for the view or to dine, and, if it happens to rain, there's always the window nook to read in.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be done by email to (EMAIL HIDDEN)

If we receive your cancellation by sixty-one (61) or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded the total reservation amount received less $100. If we receive your cancellation by between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded 50% the full reservation amount. Any cancellation with thirty(30) or less days prior to your scheduled arrival forfeits full reservation amount.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend all renters purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, please see (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) recommendations.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Arrival / Departure
a. Check-In time is after 4:00 P.M. / check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
b. Early check-in / late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible.
c. If a late check-out cannot be granted, and the property is not vacated by 10:30 A.M. on the departure day, a half day charge will be incurred immediately. If the property has not been vacated by 2:00 P.M. a full day charge will be incurred.
d. There are no refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. This includes late arrivals due to transportation issues, weather delays, etc. Please consider travel insurance.

2. Parking
a. Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle per HOA. Indian Paintbrush has an off street parking lot that is on a first come basis. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

3. Full Payment
a. All reservations unpaid by the Final (balance) due date are subject to cancellation without refund of Payment 1 (deposit) payment.

4. Maximum Occupancy
a. The maximum number of guests is limited to five (5) persons,

5. Housekeeping Service
a. While linens, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent are provided as a courtesy, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please contact Owner for mid-stay cleaning fees and scheduling.
b. We do not permit linens, towels, or kitchenware to be taken from the unit.

6. Pets Policy
a. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the unit with the exception of approved service animals. This must be pre-arranged at least 30 days in advance and will require documentation for HOA approval.
b. If a pet is found in the unit, or evidence of a pet is found, a cleaning charge of three hundred ($300) dollars will be charged to deep clean the unit in addition to any HOA fines.

7. Smoking Policy
a. This is a non-smoking property. If guests are found smoking in the unit, Renter will be responsible for any HOA fines assessed and any extra cleaning fees incurred.

8. Equipment Storage
a. No bicycle storage is allowed inside the condo. All skis, poles, snowboards, snowshoes, boots or other snow equipment may be brought into the condo after all snow is cleaned off to prevent water damage. Please keep these items on the boot trays provided in the entry way.

8. Damage Policy
a. Guests are responsible for any damage occurring in the unit as a result of their occupancy, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Damage shall include, but is not limited to: carpet stains, cigarette burns, burning log damage to the carpet, broken furniture, water or other damage from snow equipment brought into the condo etc.

9. Party Policy
a. HOA policy prohibits parties.

10. Management Access
a. Members or agents of the Owner, including, but not limited to HOA contracted representatives and maintenance staff may enter the property for inspection purposes related to the enforcement of these rules, at the request of the Owner, or for emergencies.

11. Policy Violation
a. It is expected that all Aspens HOA rules as posted in the condo will be followed.
b. Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of full payment including damage deposit and immediate eviction. Renters are responsible for all HOA fines incurred as a result of their actions during their stay.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disputes
a. Any damages that may be claimed by Renter against Owner or agents for an alleged breach of this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount of monies paid and shall specifically exclude any indirect, special, consequential and punitive damages. Each party to this Agreement consents and submits to personal jurisdiction in the courts located in Teton County, Wyoming. Any dispute arising within or without this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.

Our stay was tremendous! Hosts were top notch, and the place was quiet, great bed, lots and lots of counter space, very usable kitchen, quite clean, terrific market & coffee place that are walkable, and it's an ideal location for going north into Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone or south into Jackson.

The location served well as a base from which to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. We were there following the eclipse, so traffic was heavy amid road construction, so it took several hours to reach Yellowstone. Sharon sent thorough emails detailing what to do in the area, pointing out their favorites and must-do's, which was very helpful.

If you want a classic mountain experience, STAY HERE! You wake up to crisp mountain air and oh, guess what? There is a MOOSE outside your window! (No lie, it happened twice in four days.) You meander down to the local coffee shop and mingle with the locals who are the kindest people on the planet. Need a night out? There are several restaurants within walking distance. You get all the mountain town charm of Jackson with none of the hubbub. The condo is conveniently located - 10 minutes to Jackson, 10 minutes to JHRE. Everything you need for your home away from home is provided. Every detail is covered - there's even extra padding on the pullout sofa bed so there's no bar in the middle of your back. Davind, Sharon & Shannon are the perfect hosts. They are attentive and responsive. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with them. My kids already want a return trip!

Sharon is such a great communicator- from start to finish. Their location was perfect (out of the August hustle and bustle of Jackson). The condo worked perfect for our family of 3. The only thumbs down I have was the musty smell from the carpet that stayed in our clothes until our next destination. Our 9 year old was sad he didn't get to see the Mama Moose- although we could see where she liked to lounge.

David, Sharon and Shannon's place was the perfect location for my family. Beautifully situated in the mountains surrounded by endless beauty! The unit was fully equipped with everything one would need for their travels. Owners communicated quite promptly and provided excellent suggestions and resources for us during our stay. Only negative I can think of was having neighbors above us late at night (of course not the owner's fault, just something to consider if you want peace and quiet late at night).

We are so pleased that Rebecca and her family found in our place the respite they were seeking. We agree with her that it is "surrounded by endless beauty." We do have many Guests who have found our place to be completely quiet during their visit. We would like to add that we are available by text or phone call throughout our Guests' visit and would respond quickly to any negative, such as noise from above. We have the phone number for that condo's management company and would immediately call them to correct their guests. We do not want our guests to have anything less than a perfect stay! We had a great visit at David, Sharon, and Shannon's place. They had all the amenities we needed and more! They sent us a great email with all kinds of ideas on things to see on our trip south from Yellowstone. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet but also close to everything we wanted to see and do in the Jackson Hole and Grand Teton area. Thank you!!!

David, Sharon, and Melissa's place was really great and in a great location. Pull out couch / bed probably needs an upgrade but condo was otherwise fantastic.

We were so happy that we could meet a same day check in request for Brennan, his wife, his parents, and his uncle. We also made recommendations for a Snake River float that they were able to experience. We do realize that a sofa bed is not to everyone's taste and cover the typical mattress with a memory foam topper. Having the extra sleeping space does allow accommodation for 5. We thank Brennan for his comment and will be sure to check replacing the foam topper. Our goal is to make it as comfortable as possible. Sharon
