Dear Sergey, I asked a Russian friend to translate your comment and I was quite surprise of your complains.
1- the late check in was due to the fact that you did not advice of your arrival. Your mobile had no battery and you did not call my friend and let her know at what time you will be at the meeting point. It was late in the night and we are a holidays home not an hotel, we do not have a reception open 24 hours. All our guests call or write a text message to communicate their arrival and when they will reach central Venice and we never have problems. Moreover when you called from the restaurant close to the appointment point, my friend immediately arrived but you changed your positions and went to some restaurant (Website hidden by Airbnb) least one of you had to stay at the appointment point otherwise how could she find you?
I asked many times by mail which was your intentions to reach central Venice from the airport and you never replied clearly.
2 - electricity power was well explained to you, you cannot use all electric kitchen fire and washing machine in the same time. Moreover, for a three days staying washing machine usually should not be used more than once...
3 - for internal toilet it is possible that with low water level in Venice a little smell can be felt in the shower which immediately goes away if you use the shower.
4 - I am very sorry for hair dryer but it was stolen from some previous guests and I did not know.
5 - the apartment was left very dirty after your departure and with dishes to be washed, trash also was left in the apartment; we should have kept some money from the deposit for that but we did not...nobody said thank you for that.
I suppose you like your staying since you suggested to other guests but you are too demanding for being the guests of an apartment. Apartment is not a four stars hotel, in case you need more services you should go to an hotel and pay the price that the hotel asks for four people in high season... which is not the price you paid for my apartment. I make it clear since it is important that all future guests from your country know that.
