This 2BR/1BA apartment is located on the top floor of the building. The apartment sleeps eight, two in the queen size bed from the master bedroom, four in second bedroom (bunk beds), and if desired, two more in the convertible sofa bed from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen provides a table that can expand to accommodate everyone.
The main balcony is large enough to sit while overlooking this typical Swiss village and enjoying some of the most spectacular views of the Gruyère Alps including local landmarks such as Vounetz, Gastlosen and Moléson.
The unit comes with reserved parking. Amenities include a secured wi-fi connexion and a flat screen TV coupled with stereo sound, DVD player and Wii gaming system. A wireless printer is also available. You will have access to a keyed storage room where skis, sledges or other hiking materials can be left overnight. A coin operated laundry unit is available upon request.
The building counts a total of five apartments, two on the first floor, two on the second floor and the one offered for rent on the third floor. The other four apartments are occupied year long. This third floor apartment is used as a retreat residence for the owner and is ideal for any person, couple or family desiring an unsophisticated yet comfortable local experience.
