A well outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, work island and seating area allows you to chat up the cook and share in the fun of meal making! The dining alcove is warmly lit for an intimate dinner where you can enjoy the fireplace and slate hearth.
A large, flat screen TV, WiFi, video library, games and toys are there for you and the kids to share and enjoy on a snowy day or after a long day hiking, boating, skiing or snowmobiling!
The 3 bedroom, two bath home sleeps 12 people. Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have queen sized beds. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with an attached, full bath with jetted tub. Located in the Master Bedroom is a Full over Full bunk set as well as a separate bunk room (with door that serves as the 4th bedroom) that has an adult twin over twin bunk set.
There is plenty of parking in front of the building, plus a designated parking spot. For additional parking and trailers there is ample free public parking across the street. Unwind at one of McCall’s local spas or rent bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports. You are a ten minute bicycle ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking, and beach access. During the winter months, Ponderosa State Park has miles and miles of Nordic and snowshoe trails.
Please note: We have two rentals in this building, this one and "Park Street Penthouse-West"". They are located on the same floor. Rent them both and get a better rate. Together they will sleep 24 people!
Your worry free, DoneRight Management Vacation Rental is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer as well as Kitchen essentials and towels. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.
Make yourself at home but please respect locked cupboards or closets that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have 24 hour check-in via keyless entry. Upon confirmation of booking and return of signed, rental agreement your guest access codes will be sent to you via email one week prior to arrival.
Please be aware of our 4pm Mtn. Time check-in and 11am Mtn. Time check-out to avoid additional fees.
