8. Noise must be reasonable and not infringe on other residences
9. Large packages will be held in the HOA manager’s office
10. A maid will clean every two weeks -- kitchen, bathroom, vacuum, dust (not laundry)
11. Towels and laundry may not be hung to dry on balcony
12. Parking is provided for one (1) vehicle in the space marked 231
13. Pool/Spa -- unit owner will not be held responsible for any accidents incurred
14. Exercise Room -- unit owner will not be held responsible for any accidents incurred
15. Unit owner will pay for all utilities within reason (excessive use will be negotiated)
16. Renter must abide by FIOA guidelines on www[dot](URL HIDDEN)
17. Owner recommends that renter carry or obtain Travel Insurance
18. Unit owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur in the unit
19. Unit owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables in the unit
20. Renters and their guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the unit
21. Please note, there are several stairs to navigate to and from the unit
22. There is a $250 fee to replace lost keys
23. Any exceptions to the abovementioned policies must be approved in writing

Everything was great! Robin was a fantastic host. He was available, responded to all inquires and took immediate action when required. 5 stars for communication and guest care! The place was roomier than I had anticipated and very clean. I needed for nothing. Every detail was thought of and fully supplied, right down to a first aid kit in the bathroom. It was wonderful to arrive and not have to think about anything except enjoying my vacation. The grounds are lovely and there were lots of fun times chatting with others around the pool. You could have as much privacy or social life as you wanted...your choice. The location speaks for itself...West Hollywood...perfect! I would highly recommend Robin and this condo...two thumbs up!

Robin's place is just as described and as pictured in the photos. West Hollywood is a vibrant and busy city, and even though this area is a just a short hop from the center of it it is quiet and peaceful. All of the neighbors are friendly and nice, and it was very rare to hear any noise at all! Robin has excellent communication from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our one month stay. Bed is comfy, good A/C, nice bathroom. Kitchen is great with new appliances. Having the desk as a work space was appreciated, and the in unit washer/dryer was also super handy. Great wifi and cable made for good productivity and some relaxing. Complex has an older fitness center and pool, but never used personally. Unit is so clean and very modern. Gated, reserved parking was also appreciated. Overall cannot give enough praise to Robin and his condo. I would most definitely rent from him again in the future - in fact I'd love to live in a condo like this!

The apartment is in a large, low-rise complex, with beautiful, well-kept grounds and access from two streets. In terms of size, it is good for a couple or a single; and there is a gym and a pool on-site. It is close to public transport, a supermarket, restaurants and the nightlife of West Hollywood and Melrose Ave. It is usefully located about half-way between the beach (Santa Monica or Venice) and Downtown LA - which means that you can go in either direction very easily; and there is a car space if you have a car. The neighbourhood is upscale, friendly, leafy and safe. For those with an interest in architecture, the 1920s Schindler House is close by; and there are other Schindler houses, and houses by other well-known architects, in the neighbourhood.

Robin's place was perfect for my 6-week stint in LA! It was residential and quiet enough for me to sleep, cook, live and work, while still walkable to all the WeHo bars & restaurants. The complex itself is great... very "Melrose Place" (for you 90's kids)... with central courtyards, pool, gym, rec room, etc. The reserved parking spot was a life-saver. And Robin is just a super nice, gracious host... ask him about entrance to "The Magic Castle" (a very fun, very "LA" experience for those not familiar). If you're thinking of staying here, please be classy. Don't be a stupid drunk white girl in your 20s. This is not your LA party hotel to throw up in... grown ups live here :)

I had a lovely 2 month stay at Robin's place. I moved to LA with just a few suitcases and I needed an apartment that was central with furniture and all of the amenities. His apartment exceeded all of my expectations! Everything was renovated, clean, and the location was great - right between Sunset Blvd and Melrose in West Hollywood. I loved that the building itself was nestled in a quiet, family-friendly area, but within a 5-10 minute walk you were surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shops in LA :) . Having a car wasn't necessary, but I certainly appreciated the parking spot that was included with the rental. Robin was also a very gracious host - always available for any questions. And as an extra perk, he invited me as his guest to an event at the Magic Castle! If I had to do it all over, I would definitely choose to stay at Robin's place again - I was sad to say goodbye!

This AirBnB was a top-tier option that checked all of our boxes for an extended stay in LA and had the perfect host as a benefit. My wife and I were looking to be in a nice, clean, and safe apartment downtown conveniently located among LA's various attractions (restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach, etc.). West Hollywood proved to be the perfect neighborhood in that regard for us. The apartment itself was unbelievably clean and comfortable (AC, WD, full kitchen, balcony, and might as well have been a new renovation), came with a convenient garage parking spot, and was situated within a fully gated and secure development. The unexpected benefit was that Robin proved the be the most helpful and respectful host we have ever interacted with. He provided extensive written directions in the unit to operate the various electronics and appliances, made sure the unit was fully to our liking on arrival and was always on call should anything go wrong (nothing did), and even gave us an invitation to dinner on our own at a private magic club in LA named Magic Castle which actually turned out to be awesome and is highly recommended if you have the time. If you are looking for a hotel-like experience at AirBnB pricing in a central and convenient location in LA, this option is absolutely as good as any.
