OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS AND RULES
1. Habitation is limited to 5 people, including children.
Subleasing is not allowed, and it terminates the your lease.
2. No pets of any species are permitted on the property.
3. Only two vehicles are allowed and must be parked in the spaces specifically
designated: One at the cabin, and the second in the common parking area at the
entrance to the community.
4. No boats or boat trailers are permitted anywhere on the property at any time.
5. No disturbing noises are permitted after 10:00 p.m. At all times, either in the cabin
or on common grounds, no excessive loud noise such as, but not limited to, those from
a radio, TV or musical instrument will be permitted.
The preceding 5 conditions are necessary for the mutual harmony and enjoyment of all
occupants of the community. Please recognize that they represent a safeguard for
your personal enjoyment. Failure to abide by all of these conditions will automatically
terminate your lease agreement, and you will have to vacate the premises. If you fail to
vacate, we reserve the right to use necessary enforcement procedures which may
include, but are not limited to, the towing of vehicles, boat and/or police intervention.
For the property protection, safety, general appearance, and common consideration for
A. Drive slowly and only on the roadway, and park in the designated location.
WATCH FOR CHILDREN. Do not block the road for others.
B. Do not bring any house trailer, motor home, camper, or other non-standard
vehicle to the premises.
C. Store all personal items in the cabin.
D. All household trash must be placed in plastic bags, securely tied, and placed
in the dumpster. Please separate trash from recycling and use appropriate containers
E. Water is precious. PRACTICE CONSERVATION. Also, treat out septic
system with care, and do not dispose of any inappropriate items in toilet.
F. Be considerate of the privacy and comfort of others in adjacent cabins.
This OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS AND RULES memo is for your permanent
record and should be brought with you to Wellfleet. Your completion of the attached
Lease/Registration Form is acknowledgment that you have read, understand and agree
to these conditions, enforcement, and rules.
