Due south and with an open outlook on, the windows overlook a small street with no traffic.
At first, on the right is a small office due west (sun in the afternoon).
The entrance looks like a small corridor which opens on a 53 sqf living room, with two wide windows. From there, we have an impressive view on Paris and even the Eiffel Tower.
On the right, there is a 14 sqf open kitchen to the living room, with windows on all its length. In the kitchen are a table and chairs for eight people, cooktop with induction, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, big worktop, sideboard, crockery and all the kitchenware in numerous cupboards.
In the corridor, we first find on the right a block with two bathrooms in it.
In one of them there is a sink and a bathtub as well as the washing machine and clothesline. The second bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
Again on the right, the next door leads to a bedroom with a double bed 140cm wide and a wardrobe. This is the only room that overlooks a quiet courtyard.
The corridor contains another wardrobe and shelfes with a lot of space on both sides.
It leads to a room which the second double bed 140cm in it, as well as a piano.
At the bottom of the apartment are another separate toilets.
In all the left-hand side of the corridor, we find 3 rooms (one double). In the first one there is a 140 cm bed, in the double one two 90 cm beds and in the last one , one 100 cm bed. In all of the them, there are a desk and a chair. All these rooms are due south and with an open outlook on.
There are also a 90cm mattress, and a 140 cm futon, if needed
The apartment is equipped with two phones : free call towards 100 destinations as well as towards cell phones in France.
Television as well as stereo are at your disposal.
A PC with the broadband ADSL is available.
The closest subway stations are Gare de l'est (4,5,7 lines), Poissonnière (7 line) and Gare du Nord (4,5,7 lines- RER B, D, E).
