DIRECTIONS: From airport: Go right out of airport parking lot on to HARBOR BLVD (toward POINT LOMA). Exit right onto NIMITZ. Continue into MISSION BAY PARK.*** Exit right onto Ingraham. Exit right onto WEST MISSION BAY DRIVE. Turn left on MISSION BLVD. (at Roller Coaster. Go to the end of MISSION BLVD, which meets OCEAN FRONT WALK. Your condo unit #5 is located on the 3d floor of the four-story building to your right (west) at the very end of the MISSION BLVD. From North, East, or South by Automobile: From FREEWAY 8 (West) or SEA WORLD DR. (West), follow above directions starting at *** above.

Please leave the two garage door openers before departing. If the garage door openers are lost, replacement cost of $80 per opener shall be charged by the management company.
PARKING: Two parking spaces marked “5” are available for you on the ground floor of the building.
KITCHEN: Kitchen is completely furnished with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent and soap is located in cabinet under the sink; laundry detergent is located at the bottom of the cabinet adjacent to the washing machine. All used dishes and kitchenware are to be rinsed and placed into the dishwasher to your departure. The cleaning service provided is limited to normal house cleaning. Additional cleaning expenses, including the removal of stains on the carpet, etc. and any damage or loss to the property shall be born by the guests. Excess garbage should be removed. Garbage Dumpster is located in the alley.
SAND WASH OFF: The sand wash-off station is located in the garage area. Please wash off all sand prior to entering the building.
1.Cancellation notices must be in writing.
2.If a cancellation notice is received 60 days or longer prior to the scheduled arrival date, $ 500 of the reservation deposit will be retained.
3.If the cancellation notice is received 59 days or less, the entire rent will be retained. In the event that we are able to re-rent the unit, difference in the rental amount will be returned to you with the exception of $ 500 cancellation fee. Once again, if we are unable to re-rent the unit, all moneys will be retained by us.

ELEVATOR: A precaution There have been occasions when the elevator’s door got stuck. I understand it was because of sand was tracked in by guests. We urge you to carry a cell phone.
