My two-story house located in Hope Valley Farms, (i.e. 15 minutes from Duke, 20 minutes to UNC, and 15 minutes to Research Triangle Park), is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants.

The house is 2,000 sq. ft. with large windows and it gets a lot of sun. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, a private phone line, Cable TV, and high speed DSL connection. Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with garden tub and separate shower; medium bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. There is fine art in every room of the house, and interesting artifacts from places I visited around the world. My beautifully furnished (colorful) house has a rocking chair porch in front and backyard deck with treed yard.

The large kitchen has been recently renovated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room and a small study on the first floor, along with a formal living room and family room with flat screen TV.
