HOUSE RULES
This apartment is inserted in a private condominium. Thus our guest must respect the rules of the condominium as well as the rules of this house.
- It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises or parties, listen to loud music in the apartment as well as in the communal areas (swimming pool, access stairs and hallways). Breaking this rule is considered motive to be asked to leave the apartment immediately without any kind of reimbursement or restitution.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments as well as in the hallways, access stairs or in the elevator.
- No pets are allowed.
- We ask that you use the Air-Conditioning and lights in a responsible manner. Please turn off all electric devices when you leave the apartment.
- We ask that you respect the property and its contents. In case of any damage or malfunction due to irresponsible use the cost of the repairs will be debited from your security deposit.
- Do not let children unattended near windows, balconies, oven or cooking hob. We are not held responsible for any accident that may occur inside the apartment.
- It is mandatory for adults to supervise children when using the swimming pool (in and outside of the swimming pool). We are not held responsible for any accidents that may occur in this area.
- We ask that you leave the garbage in the garbage bins, located in the public streets.
- We ask that you close and lock all windows of the house before you leave. Any robbery or theft will be of the guests' responsibility.
- We do NOT accept groups less than 28 years old.
- It is strictly forbidden the use of the sunscreen product brand “P20" or any kind of sunscreen advertised as “one application only". These types of products stain towels and sheets and cannot be removed. Towels and sheets stained with this type of product are rendered useless and the cost to replace them shall be debited from your security deposit.

This is a really lovely apartment in a great location. We walked to and from the beach and the old town everyday and did not feel the need to get taxis. The pool is lovely and the other apartments were welcoming. Isabel arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, located in a quiet and well maintained complex. It had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. There is a nice swimming pool outside. The port and centre of Lagos (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with the host was good although we didn't meet them. They helped us with instructions on how to reach the apartment as we couldn't find the address in the GPS. The only issue with the apartment was that the blinds of one of the room did not work and were put down, so the room was very dark. Other than that, everything else was fine and I'd recommend staying at this apartment.

L'appartement est tel que décrit sur les photos, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons été sous le charme de la vue et de la terrasse. La literie est très bonne. La piscine était vraiment agréable. Seul bémol pendant notre séjour le volet de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse était cassé, le problème devait être résolut au début du séjour mais ne l'a pas été faute de pièce du mécanisme. Mais Isabel nous a tenue au courant et a répondu à toutes nos interrogations pendant le séjour. Donc malgré ce désagrément je recommande cet appartement et je serais prête à le louer de nouveau.

I would like to state that is very hard to communicate with the host. Apparently there are 2 different people, Isabel and Helena. They should've have send me and email with instructions to how to get in the apartment, but if I haven't called many times, I wouldn't know. When we arrived, the blackouts from the principal room didn't close, I called the 2 phone numbers I have, plus send email and an airbnb message and nobody answered. We took pictures and videos and left to have lunch. When we were already at the restaurant, I receive a message saying that someone would go to the apartement to fix the blackout and that I have to leave the keys there! We had to drive back to leave the keys. When we went back, after 6h away, the terrace was a mess! More pictures, more videos and no answers at the phones nor the emails! And plus, the blackout weren't fixed. At 22h someone ring the door bell. It was a women that wanted to clean. Apparently the building was renewing the paint and the guys entered the apartment and left that mess! Here there are big problems I want to high light: - nobody told us they were painting (I'm allergic, and even if I wasn't it is something you want to know, for the smell and that people will be entering your house without asking) - 22h is not a time to ring at someone's door if it wasn't agreed before - nobody told us we would have to sleep with the blackouts open - the communication was terrible and not clean! They didn't alert us on anything and weren't telling the hole story! They say the apartment have garage, but when we arrived they told us to park in the street! That was disappointing! After the second day, we called a bunch of times asking about the blackout and she said the guests before have broken and the guy couldn't find the piece to fix it! Ok, thing happen! But she could've been clear on the information, try to help and tell us before! Nothing happened and we spent the entire time without the blackouts! They didn't even try to communicate or give a solution. We understood by the end of the 2nd day we wouldn't have blackouts! Plus, the guys that were painting were entering the terrace at 7am speaking loud and caring less for us there! 3rd day we wanted to go to the pool! Another disappointment! We called and they told us that we only had to press -1 at the elevator. The elevator have NO -1! We found our way in, someone told us there password and we enjoy the pool. But seriously? If this person didn't help us, we couldn't count on the owners word for help! At the pool, we had a lot of incidents, it is not a open place for visitors. They don't like very much people who are renting....

Hi Tabata, I am sorry to read your comment. I always answered your phone calls and send you the email with the instructions. I asked you if you received it and you confirm. You were always complaining about everything. I told you the cleaner would return to the apartment to clean the balcony in that day as you were asking. The painting in the terrace is something that we can't control because it is done by the condominium company. Anyway, I hope you had enjoyed Lagos and your holidays.

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we arrived and found an empty kitchen: neither pepper, salt or oil. But our trip was still good

Our stay in Lagos was great. The house has all the facilities, great swimming-pool in a beautiful residential area. We didn´t meet Isabel but she was approachable on the phone. Recommendations would be some instructions to get the tv to work. Also the sofa as it took as a while to get the bed out of it. Apart from the above the place is great and I will definitely recommend it.
