Mohand was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome. The flat is situated very close to a couple of stations/metro so it was easy to get into central Paris quickly.
The flat itself is very well equipped and Mohand demonstrated how to use all equipment including a proper French coffee machine as well as leaving us some coffee for the week which was a nice touch. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Street view doesn't do the area justice! It's actually perfectly nice once you get to know it.
4 of us stayed in the flat, with one bringing an extra air-bed to set-up on the floor and it was perfectly spacious for this amount of people. It's has 1 double bed, 2 single beds (which combined to make a double), plus a comfy sofa so if you're not a couple(s) consider that. Value for money wise I can imagine it is pretty hard to beat.
We were in Paris for the Euro 2016 football and although our team were awful the people around the area and the city were absolutely wonderful and treated us incredibly well. I think the lads have never felt so welcomed (and funny) in their lives.
There is a little supermarket close by which will suffice for most of your needs. We left the car outside the flat which cost us €3 a day (we couldn't work out how to pay the €13 for the week on the machine). Mohand told us that if we wanted to park for free we could have left it in a supermarket near by but for peace of mind we paid instead. There is a cafe just up the street and some restaurants and local amenities only a 5/10 minute walk away by Marie sur Seine metro.
If you're looking for a place just outside the centre then I doubt you'll find much better for the price. It's a great base for a trip to Paris, especially if like us you're planning to spend most of your time in the city itself anyway. I would highly recommend this apartment.
