Hosting people here has been a lot of fun. It's centrally located, beautiful, and relaxing. I travel a good bit so I only stay here some of the time (in an upstairs bedroom) and don't meet all of my guests, but I try to give them a taste of the real Atlanta.
I've really enjoyed living here for the past couple years. Whether you are in town for a conference or just want to experience the real Atlanta, this location is ideal... and the loft itself is really nice, especially because of the huge ceilings and the natural lighting.
I do have noisy neighbors and sometimes you can hear the train; so, if you're not used to city noises, be prepared! Consequently, I do provide a box fan for white noise, and I've never had a complaint from my guests!
The master suite has a King size bed with an oversized comforter, a garden tub, tiled shower, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom is carpeted, but the living areas have dark wood flooring, and the kitchen has granite countertops and brushed aluminum. You'll be comfortable and relaxed!
Before my sister took a Director position for Coca Cola in NYC (proud older brother right here!), we lived in this wonderful loft for 18 months and she never owned a car. Because her job required a lot of travel, she regularly made the trip to the airport with luggage to stay for a week at a time, and could get from our place to the airport in around 25 minutes, because the lofts are literally next door to the MARTA Station.
Guests will have access to the whole main floor of the apartment including the master suite, kitchen, living and dining area, and balcony overlooking the pool.
The only restricted access is the upstairs bedroom, which I reserve for myself when I'm in town. However, I do provide a nice, queen size air mattress with sheets and comforters as well as the plush green couch and a trundle mattress (under the king size) for guests that need room for a couple extra friends to crash.

I travel back and forth from Atlanta to the north Georgia mountains regularly, so our interaction depends entirely upon my schedule, which changes constantly.
When I do stay in Atlanta, I work from home but I don't mind company. I'm a night owl so I won't be available in the mornings, and I'll be quiet in the evenings so I won't keep you up.
I'm an easy-going, accommodating host and I enjoy recommending places to check out and showing off my hometown.
Другие важные подробности
There's a small tv in the living area. I do not have cable, just a digital antenna that gets a couple local channels; but I do have a chromecast so you can stream pretty much anything from your computer or mobile device wirelessly via WIFI. It's also hooked up to some pretty nice stand up home theatre speakers.
You're welcome to use everything in the kitchen. And I do have a lot of paper plates and disposable cups and that sort of thing, if you'd rather not deal with throwing dishes in the dishwasher.
Being right on MARTA is incredibly convenient for getting back and forth downtown (in a town known for terrible traffic), but the noise from the train can occasionally be heard from my loft.
No controlled substances.
Absolutely no disturbing my neighbors.
No pool parties (Residents are only allowed 1 guest each).
No hosting events or commerce (My loft is not to be used as a way for you to make money).
Please take out the trash before you leave!
Please do not eat anything that you have not purchased.
I live in a very clean, safe, comfortable environment that takes safety seriously and maintains appropriate security measures including cameras, gated parking, and key fob access to every building; but for legal reasons, I will not explicitly make a claim to guarantee the blanket safety of any guests because there are always variables outside my control.
Please be advised that submitting a booking inquiry or accepting a special offer indicates that you have read and agreed to follow all of the House Rules to the best of your ability and not to hold any of the Residents or Occupants of this apartment complex, or Perennial Properties liable in any way for any personal injury, any damages to personal belongings, or loss of personal property.
Now, all that said, I've never had any incident and have wonderful reviews from all of my guests! So please understand, these disclaimers are mostly a formality.
I'm an Atlanta native, went to Elon University, and now work from home as a startup strategist. I'm into sports, music, and entrepreneurship, and my friends would probably tell you I'm an introvert who doesn't mind being social. I love being around people, but I need time alone to recharge. When I'm not working on a project for a client or for fun, I'm usually visiting family on a lake in the north Georgia mountains where my parents and my brother live, and where I help advise and run a couple small businesses with them.
As a host, I'm informative and accommodating. I'm proud of Atlanta and love introducing guests to the charming, often-overlooked side of the city overshadowed by pop-culture references and antiquated stereotypes.
