In Palm Springs pool heat is not needed in the late spring, summer or early fall. Winter heating of the pool is optional at an additional fee of $100 to pre-heat to approximately 82 degrees plus $50/day to maintain the heat. Advance notice is necessary, as it takes approximately 18 hours to heat the pool.
If you would like to make use of the pool heating option, please let us know in advance and we will send you an adjusted Special Offer Rate through the Airbnb website.

Palm Springs has very strict noise restriction ordinances and the city will fine anyone who receives a complaint from neighbors. We want all of our guests to enjoy and relax but we must take these restrictions very seriously and ask you to do the same.
As you will be staying in a high-end, luxury residence in a conveniently located, but residential street, please adhere to the following:
•Please always be mindful of your neighbors. No partying, events or other excessive outdoor noise.
•No more than 6 overnight occupants and 10 daytime occupants are allowed on property at any time.
•Only vehicles belonging to the occupants are to be allowed within the perimeter of the property and no more than 3 vehicles allowed on property at any time.
•Palm Springs city ordinance prohibits out-door amplified music or amplified sound of any kind.
•We love them, but no pets allowed on the property.
•We love them also, but our property is not designed for children. Sorry, but Adults Only (18 years or older).
•No indoor smoking allowed. If you do smoke outside, we ask that you use one of the ashtrays provided.
•No glassware by the pool. You will find the kitchen well stocked with pool-friendly plastic-ware.
•The responsible party (guest who books) occupying the home must be at least 25 years old and will be responsible for the compliance of all occupants and guests to the House Rules.
•All guests are required by the City of Palm Springs to sign the Statement of Rules and Regulations that will be supplied upon check-in.
•Enjoy a selection of California or international wines, as well as a non-alcoholic option, from the honor bar (at cost)
