The Kitchen overlooks a large dining table with seating for 8 and a well-appointed lounge area complete with a generous leather lounge where you can lay and relax enjoying the large flat screen TV, Blue Ray player and surround sound system. The area is complete with a gas fireplace and also a reverse cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort.
Through the large doors to the outside is a lovely undercover balcony well equipped for outdoor living with a dining table, cosy day bed and a large BBQ for alfresco cooking options.
The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a luxurious deep bath tub and completes the upstairs area.
The second bedroom looks out to a leafy courtyard and features a queen bed and has its own Ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 contains a set of single bunks and bedroom 4 has one single bed, they are situated adjacent to another large bright and open bathroom.
There is a separate lounge area including a small kitchenette downstairs fully equipped with another flat screen TV, DVD and also an Xbox. A great selection of books and board games is also provided.
Downstairs has a functional laundry with washing machine and dryer facilities to use.
There is an undercover double car garage with internal access to the house and ample parking for additional cars or even a boat on the large flat concrete driveway.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am or as agreed.
Number of Guests cannot exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Please respect our neighbours and keep excessive noise to a minimum, parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
Any Damage, Breakages, Theft or Loss are the quests responsibility during their stay.
The owners take no responsibility for the loss of quests personal property during their stay.
On departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no smoking inside the property.
