APARTMENT:

On 1st floor of a smart apartment building (with elevator), located on a mostly pedestrian street with trees, shops, cafes and theatre.

1. LOUNGE & KITCHEN
- open-plan sitting/living room
- flat screen TV with digital channels and good selection
- very comfortable and deep double-plus sofa-bed (140x204cm)
- large windows with lots of light and overlooking London's trendy Covent Garden and Seven Dials
- large glass table for dining or study (seats 6)

2. BEDROOM: (clean linens included)
- good sized bedroom with a UK King sized bed (150x200cm);
- bedside table and reading tamp;
- spacious dresser and hanging space;
- 2 windows overlooking trees and mostly pedestrian street (so minimal street noise outside; and double-glazed windows; confirmed by reviews)

3. KITCHEN:
- fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove/oven, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, sandwich press, pots and pans, cutlery/crockery/glassware, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

4. BATHROOM: (clean towels included)
- full and tiled bath/shower with shower attachment
- unlimited on-demand hot water
- includes hair dryer

ACCESS: Guests have access to the whole apartment, which is private (with private bathroom). We reserve some designated storage/utility space (necessary for house maintenance/operations) that is not for guest access.

EXTRAS:
We have the following extras; we ask £4 contribution to cover costs and travel time to bring from storage:
- INFANT COT: Size in cm (78 high, 120 length, 60wide). Suitable for babies from birth up to 15kg.
- INFLATABLE MATTRESS: Inflatable single mattress, with felt covering, and single fitted sheet

SUPPORT: I'm continuously on AirBnB (or mobile) to support you. I reply to questions in advance of your trip, coordinate a personal handover-greeting, and am available (Airbnb/text) if needed. Otherwise, I leave you in peace to enjoy the stay with full privacy.

ADVICE: I have lived in the area for many years. I can give tips and recommendations on the area.

MANUAL: I provide a printed manual in the house for essential info (wifi, heating, local food store, recommended restaurants, etc.). So, most questions are answered.

LOCAL GUIDE: The online listing has an online "Guidebook" (upper-right corner of the webpage). The Guidebook has many local recommended restaurants, food stores, bars, and more!"

REMOTE: If I am away/travelling, I will coordinate keys with you (I may ask to post them to you, or will arrange a cleaner or colleague to meet you). I have colleagues/support locally in the rare situation that you need someone to come to the apartment.

3) Liverpool Street Station (on the train line to Stanstead Airport)
4) Charing Cross Station (this is the closest to the apartment).

-The Convenience Store at 3 Monmouth Street.
3. NOISE: Please no noise after 11pm.
4. HOME RENTAL: Guests should be familiar with the home rental ethos. This is not a hotel or new build or luxury condo; it does have the characteristics, idiosyncrasies, and comfortable features, of a lived in and loved home. We maintain and invest in our lovely home, strive for excellence, and provide 100% of what we advertise; but we also hold guests to account for knowing what they are purchasing in this market range.
5. LUGGAGE STORAGE: There is no "concierge storage" facility in this apartment. "Excess Baggage Company" provide storage at EVERY MAJOR train station. including:
a) Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station (on the metro line to Heathrow Airport, and on the Luton Airport Parkway to Luton Airport);
b) Victoria Station (on the train line to Gatwick Airport);
c) Liverpool Street Station (on the train line to Stanstead Airport)
d) Charing Cross Station (this is the CLOSEST to the apartment).
6) DEPARTURE: Please remember to take all personal belongings (jewelry, electronics, jackets). We do not have a lost & found service, and the apartment may be inaccessible for a long time with the next reservation. In rare circumstances where we can access, find, and support a return, we may apply a £30 concierge fee (time & labour) in addition to the cost of shipping & postage.

Nice apartment in absolutely amazing location. Basic but clean and comfortable. The host is nice and welcoming. Being at THE center of everything was great: feel of a true London guy.

Will recommend this apartment as the location is probably one of the best in London. Close to many attractions and convenient to the subway. Plus it's on the smaller shop laden streets of the Seven Dials area and while noisy from the shoppers and pubs in early evening, it gets very quiet after 10:00 pm. Check in was easy and host was friendly. Negatives are that the decor feels a little dated, hot water pressure fades in and out and bed mattress could be upgraded.

The flat was stunning- very clean, spacious, and filled with helpful resources. The Covent Garden location is convenient and beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and owe a huge part of our positive experience to our accommodations. Highest recommendations.

Great apartment in a lovely central location. The only complaint was the water supply where it would be extremely hot or extremely cold so it was hard to have a decent shower. Otherwise no complaints... easy booking process and communication with host and excellent base for the centre of London.
