Your hosts would like to respect your privacy. However we will generally be available during the later afternoon or evenings to answer any questions you may have. Extensive local knowledge of attractions and restaurants with a focus on Skiing and Mountain Biking.

Breakfast cereals will be available along with Coffee and Tea making facilities. Please let us know at the time of booking whether you prefer either trim or regular milk.
A washer is available( let me know on arrival and i can operate the laundry service for you) and a drying rack supplied .The washer is an extra charge.
The room is strictly 2 guests max. ( 14yrs +)
Heater, fan and lights to be switched off when leaving the room please. ( or they will be switched off).
I will also check the room when guests are out, to replace bath matt and wash and replace any dishes for next use ( if required).
Balcony use is between the hours of 7am-9.30pm.
Please do not lean on or put anything against the walls/ paintwork or glass.
I will come out to direct you into parking space.
Please respect the owners privacy. Access to other areas of the house is therefore restricted.
No smoking or pets.
Shoes off at the front door please.

Brand new accommodation and it is expected that our guests treat the property with care and respect. We ask you don't put things against the paintwork ( walls, window sills , doors).
Please make sure lights, heater, fan and TV are off whenever leaving the room. ( I will enter to switch off if not)
All outdoor shoes to be kept of the room carpet.
This is an energy efficient house.
Checkin on a Tuesday and Thursday is between 3-5pm or 7.15-9pm.(some Thursdays many differ, ask before booking if need be)
Checkin on a Monday and Wednesday will vary ( please ask if need be).
Checkin on Saturday and Sunday will vary.
It's a quiet house after 10pm ( minimise noise please)
There is a washing machine available at an extra charge.
There is NO SMOKING any where on the property. (This includes Balcony, Deck and Driveway).
