Great spacious apartment, hardwood floors with mostly wool carpets. It has only one bedroom with queen bed, but room for inflatable bed to be added to front room and room divider for privacy, plenty of room for two couples with advance notice has flexibility and plenty of floor space for two couples. (extra fees)
Full kitchen, glass top electric stove with island. Lots of organic staples stocked in kitchen for guest use. Daytime full of light, just a happy space to be in for creative work. Full bath with tub/shower.
This wonderful spot is quiet on weekends; enjoy coffee outside on the front porch swing or patio table with umbrella for those cool mornings of summer, having coffee listening to the music of trains.
Guests have the entire apartment, full kitchen with pantry of organic basics, coffee maker, microwave, wok, blender as the artist lives here when she is not on the road. Laundry access in basement is shared with two other apartments.
Outside table for good weather. Front porch and porch swing fit an evening drink, prime off street parking in driveway, can accommodate 2 cars but beware to not block front public sidewalk while utilizing driveway during work week, lots of pedestrian traffic and you could get ticketed .
Space can accommodate 4-6 friends nicely with air beds & room divider.

Self check-in & on-site, secondary guest host/housekeeper lives in separate cottage behind this main building as well as the owner, most likely, is in town, up the beautiful Rattlesnake, 5 minutes away.
I will most likely out of town, but we have an office in back of building the owner lives in near Rattlesnake and can be downtown in minutes, we enjoy hosting you and check messages often

I am an artist and a bookkeeper, I have been resident of Missoula since 1998 and enjoyed this the main house of the 6th St. location for raising my family for the last 10 years. When I moved off the property, downsizing after kids left the nest, we put a lot of my favorite things in the cottage. I now live downtown close by in case you need anything.
