Unit is Apt. B
This unit was entirely repainted in February 2017. It's right next to the bustling and moving-quickly Mt. Vernon Sq. It's perfect for a couple's escape or for a professional working or attending the DC convention center located 2 blocks away.
It's furnished with a smart tv, a full size bed, full size futon, and a desk that can be folded out to be a dining table to accompany other guests.
The unit has a front and backyard with chairs, which is perfect for those warm summer nights to relax.
Also, the fascinating and cultured neighbors add so much charm to the place, as they're always cooking delicious meals and enjoying the leisure DC has to offer.
As a guest you will have:
1. Smart TV with tons of channels
2. Full size bed
3. Fold up desk for work and dining
5. Really fast & free wireless internet access
6. 1 bath/shower/toilet/towels
7. 2 closets
8. A full kitchen with pots, pans, kettle, utensils, plates, spices
9. There are 2 door locks and the windows locked shut with a simple barrier locking the windows from opening upwards.
10. Full size futon for sofa lounging or sleeping another person.
If you have a car, make sure that it has a permit to park in zone 2 or 6 to park on the street. Unfortunately, there's no designated parking, but there is usually room on the street to park. During the middle of the day on weekdays and weekends, there's usually a spot right in front of the house available. Overnight parking is allowed without a permit, but once the permit hours begin, beware of the times. You can find out how much time you have to park on the street signs located on the street. I can obtain a parking pass for you to park on the street during your stay. Let me know.
There's also parking lots and spaces that aren't restricted by hourly rates nearby the house. You have to just speak with the lot manager to strike a deal at times if absolutely necessary. In the end, I would recommend not using a car in DC. The metro is awesome and much more stress free.
Often, I've just double parked while unloading the car and put on my emergency blinkers and I never had a problem with someone asking me to move, unless I'm blocking in their car.
Общение с гостями
Since I am traveling and working a lot in other places, I will often not be available to provide the keys. But there is a lockbox which I will provide access to for key access.
I am glued to my phone, so renters can reach me at nearly any time for questions and concerns.
I hope guests don't smoke within the apartment.
Also, there are neighbors nearby in the adjacent houses and within the same building. It's courteous to be mindful of the noise levels late at night and in the morning.

I am from Oakland, California and I like to live an active, bright, and colorful life. My heritage lies in the south of France, so I enjoy countryside moods with bright colors and lavender smells.
I love to study languages (human and computer) and I love exploring new cultures and the world.
