Located only 25 minutes by train from Central London, this affordable, inviting and comfortable second floor studio apartment is in a warm, friendly, clean, safe and well-managed modern building located a short stroll from Luton’s central business district, the University of Bedfordshire Luton Campus and close to numerous transportation options, recreational activities and cultural attractions.
This studio has a fully functioning kitchenette with dining table and chairs for two. Complete with a refrigerator and a combination grill/oven/microwave you can cook a quick snack or create a romantic meal if you don’t feel like dining at any of the nearby pubs and restaurants.
The studio has a beautiful en suite shower, a desk and ergonomic chair in case you need to get busy on your laptop, and a wardrobe to tuck your clothes away. The cosy double bed, not too firm and not too soft, comes with high quality bedding that will allow you to get a great night’s sleep. The window coverings will keep the room dark in the mornings, but when opened there is a very nice natural lighting.
The building is in a great central location with a wide range of modern facilities including a TV/cinema room, pool table, free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, study and meeting area, free cardio and weight equipment, on-site laundry, wheelchair accessibility, a communal garden, 24-hour reception and a secure fob-lock system.
The building and individual apartments are non-smoking and not suitable for parties.
You have full access to the unit and the common areas of the building according to the rules of the building. The building has 24-hour reception and security. Coming and going at any hour is never a concern, whether you are going to the airport in the wee hours or coming in rather late from a night out.

The building as a whole is wheelchair accessible but the individual units are not fitted with special accessibility features.
All Guests must abide the following rules when staying with Finding My Palace:
1. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY (As of July 1st 2007, smoking in any public place is against the law)
Smoking is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. We the proprietors hold the right if we find any evidence or
believe that any of our guests have been smoking in any of our rooms (this includes smell of cigarettes in rooms or cigarette
butts found outside bedroom windows) to add £100 to the bill for the expense to us for loss of earnings, the dry cleaning of
curtains, bedding, and carpet cleaning, etc. If the guest is part way through a stay they will be asked to leave the premises
with no refund being given*. Please remember this is not just the accommodation provider’s policy - this is the LAW and we
would be quite within our rights to contact the local police and the guest would be liable for a fine of up to a £1000 for
smoking in a designated non smoking room which is classed as a public place by law.
2. CHECK IN
Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal

Check out time is at 11am please inform our Customer Service if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension
will be given depending on the availability and our tariff for late check out options will be charged. On failure of the guest to
vacate the room on expiry or period Finding My Palace shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from
the room occupied by the Guest.
4. GUEST`S BELONGINGS
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to apartment. The Finding My Palace
will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from
either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
Pets are not allowed at the apartment. Additional fees will be charged if we find any pets inside the property.
6. DEMAGE PROPERTY
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Finding My Palace property caused by themselves, their
guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check amount to cover any
incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay
will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial
institution and the Finding My Palace will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
7. NOISE/DISTURBANCE POLICY
Parties and private events are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms and suites. If we do receive complaints or find any
evidence guest will be evicted from the hotel with no refund.
No loud music can be played between 10pm and 10am. Please noise must be kept to a minimum when entering and exiting
the building or when using the common areas such as corridors, lift, etc.
Finding My Palace will be the judge as to whether any of the above rules have been broken, and we reserve the right to add any further rules. If Finding My
Palace feel any of these rules have been breached then the offending guests will be evicted from the premises and no refund will be given.
Finding My Palace has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the apartment forthwith , Without previous notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default Finding My Palace has the right to
remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.

Born in Cumbria in England’s Lake District, I am an easy going citizen of the world. I love to travel and have been to many parts of North America, Southeast Asia and Europe. I especially love travelling around the Mediterranean.
After a few years in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada I am really enjoying living in London, England. The mix of historical perspective and modern vibrance is inspiring. I love the multiculturalism of London and all the different food options it brings to this city. I love preparing meals and foodie culture but with a keen eye for wine pairing. I work in the hospitality industry as a sommelier.
I take pleasure in hosting people -- travellers, students, business people, etc. -- from near and far, in my home, which I share with George and Izabela. They are a fabulous couple from continental Europe; friendly, hospitable and able to help out greatly with languages.
I like the arts; from reading novels to going to art galleries and movies, to attending live musical shows of all sorts of genres. My favourite music includes the likes of Billie Holiday, Mozart and Beethoven, The Rolling Stones, The Who, AC/DC, The Killers and a bunch of modern musicians who I am having more and more trouble remembering the names of :)
Did I mention I like wine? I also love staying in hostels and fancy boutique hotels equally for their different experiences. I plan to do a lot more wine-travel in the future.
My motto in life is to “remember to enjoy every day, regardless of what you are doing, as one day you would give anything to have this day back again”. And If I can have a secondary motto it would be “don't sweat the small stuff”.
