This ground floor apartment offers an open plan kitchen and living area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities and a separate WC.
The lounge/dining area has outstanding views across the bay towards Godrevy lighthouse, comfortable seating for three, a corner bookshelf with additional storage and a dining table with two chairs. A flat screen LED TV with Freeview, a separate DVD player and Free WiFi are there for you to use.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave and a small fridge with a very small freezer compartment. It is tastefully decorated with cream coloured units and contrasting accessories.
The bedroom is situated at the back of the property, with patio doors opening to the archway area. There is a very nice double bed, a small built in wardrobe, an enclosed shower and a wash basin.
In the corridor between the kitchen and bedroom is a built in cupboard, which provides additional hanging space and shelves.
There are electric radiators in the apartment, which can be set to the desired temperature and a dehumidifier is also provided, should the need arise in this Cornish climate.
The floors are tiled throughout the apartment, and therefore well behaved dogs are allowed in the living area. Please advise us at the time of your request, as there is a surcharge of £20 per booking.
Free parking is available right outside the property.
Linen and towels are provided.
Access to the apartment is from the road, through an archway and via two doors into the building. A keysafe is installed outside and you'll be notified of the code nearer your arrival date.
