2 minutes walk to T subway station, supermarket, local stores, whole house wireless 155 Mbps high speed WIFI, shared kitchen, washer and dryer and all utility are include.
Overall the stay was fine. Hosts checked me in and gave me all the codes to get in the room and house. Room was spartan but had a twin bed and table, even a small sofa. I wasn't expecting much for the price and just needed to be close to the T for a conference. However the house is basically run like a hostel with keypads on every door. There is clutter everywhere including junk on the front porch and painting supplies and hardware in the hallways. The bathroom is not very clean and I tried not to shower in it. Also note that the room is facing the porch and street and there is no air conditioner but there is a fan. If you just need a place to sleep for one or two nights, it's fine but for a little bit more you can stay somewhere and feel a little more comfortable.
