I am sorry that you had issues with our service as you mentioned that the door code was not given to you. . I did send you all the check in information with your room code 15 days prior to your arrival, and again 9 days before your arrived. I am really sorry that you missed the unit code in all those instructions and didn't have it with you as we recommended. I also provided you with or service managers phone number in case of any issues or questions or any emergencies. I do apologize if this was in any way a distraction to your vacation. I sincerely do hope that you will give us another change to show you our great service and hospitality as we take great pride in offering our guest the best possible service.
