Stay in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woodlands yet within minutes of Concord center, the commuter rail to Boston and Walden Pond. It's a short walk from my home to nearby conservation land and trails.
You are renting a ground-level apartment with a private entrance, two bedrooms, living room and full bath. Both bedrooms have queen beds, bureaus and large closets. The living room has a comfortable couch that can sleep one but is not a sofa bed. The bathroom has a tub and shower; all amenities are provided.
There is no kitchen. The den has a "kitchenette" with a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric teapot and a clean-up sink around the corner - but there is no stove or hotplate for cooking. There is plenty of cupboard space for your supplies. Food provided includes regular and herb teas, a selection of coffees, sweeteners, hot chocolate, snacks and microwave popcorn. I have several coolers and plenty of ice from upstairs.
Your 55-inch Ultra HD 4K TV comes with over 150 cable and music channels as well as HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax and Netflix. I also have a large DVD collection and a good selection of family board games. I buy books from the library sales which you are welcome (and encouraged) to permanently "borrow." The super high-speed Wi-Fi has a strong signal downstairs and there are two tables that can be adjusted to laptop height as well as a card table with 4 chairs.
The thermostat for the central air conditioning/heat is in your space so you may adjust it to suit your personal preferences. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer and iron.
I know it is hard to make precise plans or predict delays so the check-in time is flexible. Just keep me posted on your plans and schedule. I live upstairs over the apartment so can always be here to greet you. Preferred check-out is by 11:00 a.m. but let me know if you need extra time and we can work something out.

I would love to get to know you, share a pot of coffee or glass of wine and chat, but I also respect your privacy. I am here to help with questions or suggestions or assist you in any way to make your stay as welcoming as possible. I would like your stay here to be a nice part of your travel experience, not just a place you stay while you are having a travel experience.
I don't allow parties and events out of consideration for my neighbors - but the space is yours and you are certainly welcome to entertain your friends, family and colleagues in the apartment.
I don't smoke but I know some people do. You may smoke anywhere outside. There are two adirondack chairs and a small table in the back yard.
Другие важные подробности
The rental space has been inspected for safety and permitted by the the town of Concord so you can stay with confidence.
I don't take dogs but there is an excellent boarding facility 15 minutes away (Palmer Kennels). Anything in a cage, tank or fish bowl is more than welcome - but I can't allow cats as some people are allergic to them.
Children of all ages are welcome but please note: The table-top kitchen appliances could be reached by a toddler and the TV, though very heavy and on "feet" is not wall mounted. There is a small fish pond in the back yard. Counting frogs is encouraged and there is no limit on the number of acorns that can be collected.
Birder guests and I are always working on our backyard bird list. We have 37 species so far for spring/summer. I am happy to send you the list. Other species have been spotted in near-by areas.
There really are no house rules. My only request is that you let me know if you need anything so I can try to provide it.
