The cleaning fee listed of $200 is for the linen/towel service. You can bring your own if preferred and this fee will be reimbursed if advised.
Please note there is a higher cost for weekends/school holidays and public holiday weekends. $350p/n is for midweek off peak. This will be automatically calculated for you.
As from August 2017 we are adding a pool and tennis court to the left side of the rear of the property. The soil will be disturbed in stages however this will not effect the views or serenity of the property. Please contact before booking to ensure you are happy with the stage of the development. We hope to have this completed before the Christmas holidays.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited, unless agreed to. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery put in dishwasher and turned on. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
Check-out time is 11:00 to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made with the owner.
Loss - the owner takes no responsibility for the guest's personal property.
