Upon entrance into the home you will find the formal living area to the right – a warm and inviting room finished with patterned rugs and upholstered chairs by a marbled fireplace. The large bay windows and chandelier add grandeur and elegance to this comfortable space. Double doors open on to a conservatory which is full of light and serves as a wonderful dining room with a large table that can seat up to eight guests. Its glass panelled walls mean you can watch over children playing in the grassy garden. There is a further dining space outside on the paved area so guests can enjoy an al fresco meal!
The lovely kitchen in this property is finished to a very high standard with top quality facilities including an American-style fridge with an ice machine, two ovens and a large gas cooker. There is also a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning meal from. Through the kitchen you can reach a less formal living room to relax on the patterned couch and make use of the wide screen TV.
You will find the master bathroom on the first floor has a large walk-in shower. Across the hall are four bedrooms. The first is a medium-sized room with a super-king sized with a window to the garden and a study desk in the corner that is ideal for laptop users. The second bedroom is a much more spacious room with a super king-sized bed and antique wooden dressing table to match the large wardrobe. The master suite has a four-poster carved-wooden super king bed and a matching dressing table by the bay windows. Its en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail for added comfort. The final bedroom has a whole wall of built-in cupboard space and a pull-out king-sized bed.
