Newly renovated basement apartment in a 1920s bungalow, a block and and a half from the ISU campus. Open layout of living room and new kitchen, lots of natural light. Two small but cozy bedrooms, and a brand new bathroom.
This is a two-bedroom basement apartment, which can comfortably accommodate three people. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other. Although ideally suited to 2 or 3 people, the couch in the living room could also be used as a bed, especially for a child. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large front porch upstairs, and there is Netflix on the television. A parking tag is provided, as this neighborhood borders ISU, so be sure to use it and please be sure to leave it when you go (!) I am always available by text or cell phone if you need anything or have questions.
The back yard is available when discussed beforehand with the host. Be aware there are two small dogs who live here (friendly little terriers), but guests would need to be introduced to them first.

I am always available to offer help. I work during the day, but am only a five minute drive away and always reachable by phone.
Другие важные подробности
There are two small dogs living upstairs, but the apt has its own entrance and you should not be impacted at all by the dogs. If you love dogs and would like to meet them, just let me know!
I just request that you respect the property. No loud parties please and no guests staying over who are not part of your group. If you have a third person in your party, there is a small additional charge. Absolutely no smoking please.
Former dancer, former pastry chef, now working at Idaho State University but getting ready to retire. I love hosting people, pampering them a bit, and hopefully making their stay really comfortable! My husband and I renovated this rather dilapidated house in 1992 and I have loved living in it ever since. I find living in Poky to be challenging (mainly due to the lack of good restaurants!), but absolutely love the hiking trails here and spending time outdoors with my dogs. I hope you enjoy it too!
