The condominium unit is a well-appointed accommodation that has been designed and furnished with the comfort and convenience of the guests in mind. Guests can look forward to a cozy nest amid the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila. And inspite of its very central location, it comes at a very friendly price. Insider tip: On the Upper Ground level of the building is Spa Ultima, a place to get a full-body massage for a very reasonable rate (opens 3pm, last appointment at 11.30pm).
The unit is equipped with: water heater, cable and Internet service, air conditioning, electric fan, washing machine, two-door refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, oven toaster, water kettle, coffee making facilities and cooking/eating utensils.
A hair dryer, as well as an ironing board with a flat iron, are also available for use. There is a fire extinguisher but we hope there will be no opportunity to use it. Furnishings include a television, dining table, a couch and a queen-sized bed.
Electricity in the Philippines is 220 Volts, alternating at 60 cycles per second. We have universal sockets in the unit but don't have a step-down converter (for those using 110-volt gadgets).

For the maximum comfort and well-being of guests, up to two persons is our recommendation for this space. A third guest can be accommodated (1,200 pesos/day or about 23 USD) but s/he will snooze Japanese-style (mattress on the floor) in the living room.
There is maintenance service (electricity/plumbing) in-house. Details will be provided upon check-in.
Car parking is available for 200 pesos/day or about 4.50 USD. To enable us to facilitate your request and avoid inconvenience, please advise in advance.
If you need a car service, we can recommend someone.
*Would so appreciate if guests are respectful – of our space and property, of our neighbours' and the building's staff. No parties, illegal activities, substances and acts which contravene Philippine statutes and laws, cause property damage or substantial noise or other conditions that disturb the peace.
*Please bring a hard copy of your party's passport details page (for foreigners) or driver's license or other government identification document with a picture (for Filipinos). The condominium requires this during your signing-in with reception as a safety measure to account for all transient guests and as part of homeowners' rules. Bringing your own hard copy will make your signing-in faster - which means you get to relax in the unit that much quicker.
*For everyone's safety, open flames are strictly prohibited in the unit (no candles and incense, please!).
*No smoking allowed. No pets.
*Please take off your shoes when in the unit.
*Check-in is at 2:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests.
* Please help us manage our electricity bill (which is so expensive in the Philippines!) by turning off the aircon when you are not in the room. We've had to raise our base price several times in the face of the heights reached by our electricity meter. A little help will go a long way!
*If guest fails to vacate premises by 11 am (unless previously agreed upon in writing) on check-out date, s/he agrees to pay for that day's stay.
*Please return the unit in the same condition as start of stay (exemption being need for normal tidying up/cleaning on your departure date). Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items in the unit (for example: TV, artwork, kitchenware, vase, linens, new lock and keys if keys are lost, smoking, towels, etc) and/or repair needed due to extreme usage/damage.
*Cleaning service: Once a week for long-staying guests; every fifth successive day of stay for shorter stays
*Our cable and Internet service is offered free of charge. Thus, if the internet/cable is not working properly during your visit, there will be no refunds.
*If upon move-in you notice something is amiss or inadequate (example, something is broken, or dirty), please contact us immediately and let us know and we will strive to better the situation for you. If you do not contact us promptly, however, we will assume that everything is fine.
*Keys: We normally provide one set of keys to any party during move- in. Guest shall not give these keys (or copies) to any person other than those named within this agreement as an occupant. During move-out day, same keys will be retrieved by the unit manager or cleaning lady.
