French doors open to a patio where you can sit and watch the sun go down over Nashville.
Both levels of the home will be available. If you are traveling by vehicle, access to the garage, which is located on the lower level, will be available if you wish to park inside. My intentions are to give you peace and privacy to enjoy your visit. The day prior to your arrival I will text you with directions and access information. I will be accessible by text and will try to respond promptly to your needs.
GUESTS ARE ASKED TO TEXT UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. This is a non-smoking and non-pet rental. It is my expectation that you will treat this house respectfully as you would expect yours to be treated. Any type of activity that would be disruptive to the neighborhood would not be acceptable and could result in cancellation of the reservation. NOT available to guests, is use of the SLEEPER SOFA, FIREPLACES, and all PERSONALLY OWNED ITEMS still located in the home, but unrelated to guests. This neighborhood is a long established and quiet area, with neighbors for whom I have warm regards.
I've lived in Nashville for a number of years, and though not originally from the South, I feel very much like a native. Nashville is a wonderful city in which to live and work. Some of my favorite passtimes include running, working in the yard and building birdhouses.
