Just 3 blocks (a pleasant 3 minute stroll) from the ocean, this attractive Kure Estates home will impress you with its amazing spacious balconies to relax on and soak up the summer sunshine. The roof top offers a deck for sunbathing, taking in an intimate breathtaking aerial view of the surroundings, or falling asleep under the stars.
Our home is nestled in a community that offers some very convenient private and exclusive amenities, including an oceanfront gazebo (which can be very romantic at sunset), as well as a private parking lot for Kure Estate residents and guests only, conveniently located right at the beach.
On the ground floor, there is a 2-car garage, where we have set up a fully functioning ping pong table and stored bicycles and beach gear for your use. There is also a bedroom with its own flat-screen television and full bathroom (by the way, there are flat-screen televisions in all of the bedrooms).
On the main floor, the spacious kitchen/living/dining area is set out in an open floor plan, with lots of windows and counter space, dining table seating, and a relaxing living area with beautiful views. There is also a den with a (full) sleep sofa, and a full bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a balcony. The master suite comes complete with a queen size bed, private patio, and jetted Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

Renters will have to sign a Rental Agreement before confirmation is finalized. The Rental Agreement contains a number of House Rules that Renters agree to abide by (see section on House Rules)
1)Smoking is NOT allowed.
2)Pets are NOT allowed.
3)Signer of the rental agreement must be over 25 years old (proof required - copy of driver's license). Signer must be present with the guest party at the house for the entire rental period. The house keys will be hand-delivered to this person only.
4)Guests are NOT permitted to use the neighborhood pool, which, in accordance with the rules of the Home Owners Association, is only for homeowners and long-term renters.
5)People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of guest.
6)The property is strictly for the private use of the registered guests. No commercial activity is to take place on the property. No illegal activity is permitted on the property. No parties, graduations, weddings, receptions, or similar events that include more than fifteen (15) persons on the property are allowed at the premises.
7)Guests shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the quiet and tranquil character of the neighborhood or result in complaints by neighbors to the local police.
8)During their stay, guests are permitted to use all appliances, kitchenware, furnishings, linen, equipment, beach gear, bicycles, etc. in the property that are not locked away.
9)The property and all appliances, kitchenware, furnishings, linen, equipment, beach gear, bicycles, etc. are to be maintained in good order and left in the same condition they were found.
10)Before departure, (a) place all debris, rubbish and discards in provided trash and recycling bins as appropriate; (b) clean soiled dishes and pots in the dishwasher; (c) lightly clean the grill to remove food particles; (d) place used towels and bed linens in front of washing machine; and (d) leave all keys and beach parking passes on the kitchen table and lock all doors.
11)The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its contents.
12)Guest shall allow Homeowner or his representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
