Stylish, spacious house equipped with every modern comfort, offers you 5-star luxury in a beautiful Warwickshire village, walking distance to pubs, cafe, farm shop & is an ideal base for exploring the historical heart of England or just relaxing.
This stunning contemporary house has an open plan 'lifestyle area' (kitchen, dining room, snug), fully equipped with all mod cons, making it a house for all seasons:
- kitchen equipped with top of the range Siemens appliances (conventional, steam & microwave ovens, induction & gas hobs), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, where keen cooks can experiment & entertain. There's easy access to the internet on the flat screen TV in the kitchen, so you can find recipes on the internet. We also have a wide selection of cookery books from every corner of the world.
- wood burning stoves in the snug (18kWh for serious heat!) & in the cinema room, so you can relax in comfort on a winter's evening
- underfloor heating in every room means you can control the temperature in every room, throughout the day.
The dining room seats 10 people and there's a dual zone wine cooler to keep your favourite tipple at the perfect temperature.
The spacious cinema room (7m x 5m) has a recessed 50inch TV with Sky TV, Blu-Ray & iPod docking station & full surround sound. There are 3 large leather sofas, so plenty of space to spread out & black out curtains make it a great place to escape the weather on long winter nights. We provide seasoned logs free of charge.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, with an ensuite & a balcony to every room. And because there is thermostat controlled underfloor heating in every room, you can set the room temperature to how you like it.
All linen & towels are of course provided, as are essential toiletries.
The master bedroom has a large east-facing balcony, a perfect spot for morning coffee in the summer.
On a more practical note, there is a utility room upstairs, with separate toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer & sink for hand washing. Washing powder, fabric conditioner, dishwasher tablets, etc. all provided.
And there is plenty of space for parking up to 4 cars outside the house.
Guests have access to all the areas described. We have an additional study area on the ground floor where we store our personal items & guests do not have access to this area.

We will ensure that someone is available to greet the guests on arrival. We always ensure that we provide emails & phone numbers, so that guests can ask any questions.
Because we have been renting out the property as a holiday let for a few years, we have prepared a number of information files - containing instructions for all the devices in the house, together with lots of information about places to visit in the Midlands & beyond. We are really proud of our area & we want to ensure that guests make the most of what is on offer!
This is a family home, so we ask that you do not smoke in the house.
We don't have pets ourselves because of the wildlife we encourage in the garden and, for that reason, we don't welcome pets.
And due to the open plan style of the house & the balconies, it's not suitable for young children of under 10 years.

We've used Airbnb a lot this year (2016), as we are travelling around the eastern USA. It's a great way of meeting local people & staying in a wider range of accommodations.
