I am truly sorry to know you did not feel welcomed, I think welcomed is probably not the correct word to use in this case as it appears you did enjoy the the facilities with the freedom and space it offers etc. The deal you had was Smart Pricing suggested by Air BNB which was approx. 75% lower than my normal rates. The A/C is a recent addition to the property and I have never had 4 rooms operating A/Cs before. I am also new to Air BNB and I am learning as I go along. It was also a new experience to have 2 families with so many children at the same time, however the children was well mannered and was not messy. I am also on a pre-paid meter and this cost considerably more to run, so I am always mindful of wasting, electricity in Ghana is precious and expensive. You were charged for only one night A/C and a one off cleaning fee for all the space used. Leaving the A/C on whilst out of the room was not helpful and unnecessary lights could also be switched off. I did not charge for usage of kitchen and utensils. I think the deal was good value for money which is not at all common here in Ghana. I try to use my inverter to cut some of the electricity cost but this will not work properly with A/C running. I usually interact with my guest but I could see that you and your extended family needed a quiet time away and it would not be proper for me to intrude. To imply that everything was about money and that I was unapproachable is not at all correct. I have my standard and standards are costly to maintain.
