Our friendly, community centered, shared home is perfect for visiting students and interns. 9AM-6PM use of Nomad-A-What Co-Working, just a block away, is included when you book. One month minimum stay required, six month maximum allowed.
My home is very communal. Everyone who stays with me tend to become fast friends with each other. I organize weekly house events, such as Sunday brunches or game nights or a night out at the movies.
Our friendly, community centered home is downtown S.F. is perfect for students and interns coming to the city for a semester. We have a full house, 2 1/2 bathrooms, full kitchen outfitted with anything you would need to cook, lovely large common room with books, games, desk space, couch. We have camping equipment to borrow for weekend trips.
Guests have access to all the common areas of the house. Each housemate has a key for the house and their room (2 persons per room, divided by gender). Guests also have 9am-6pm access to Nomad-A-What co-working space, 1 block from the house, when they book.

I live onsite and am always available to offer assistance to guests. I provide cleaning to the main areas of the house (excluding guests dishes and rooms). I am also available to offer information about San Francisco to new comers of the city. I also schedule regular house events (Sunday dinners, hikes, ect).

We have a full kitchen, so no need to bring any utensils with you. We also have an iron and ironing board, towels, and soap and shampoo if needed.
We are located a short 10 minute walk away from Montgomery Street station, a good spot to get you pretty much anywhere in the city. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, post office, parks, restaurants, and shopping. We are situated between Chinatown and the Financial District, two very safe, quiet neighborhoods.
Our home is very friendly and social. We have quiet times from 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. We don't allow drugs or smoking onsite. Guests are expected to wash their own kitchen dishes and in general pick up after themselves.
