Open planned, Scandi styled, corner penthouse with amazing 180degree views stretching from Port Melbourne, through Docklands and to the Northern suburbs, located opposite Southern Cross station with excellent access to all forms of public transport.
The apartment includes a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, opening onto West and North facing balconies, 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds, with the master including a seperate balcony, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. It also includes a central bathroom, seperate toilet and laundry.
Basic cooking utensils and cooking staples will be supplied, alongside tea/coffee/sugar (Melbourne has arguably the best coffee in the world, so we encourage all our coffee loving guests to explore our vast selection of cafes over relying on instant coffee) and milk.
Plush Sheridan towels will be included for all guests, as well as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and hair dryers.
Please note; the 4th bed is a queen sized sofa bed that will be supplied with a full set of linen. To cover additional costs, a $30 fee will be charged for the 4th bed for bookings less than 7 adults. The bed will be included for bookings for 7 and 8 adults for no extra charge. If the sofa bed is used without linen, we will charge dry cleaning costs from the security deposit.
Guests will be encouraged to use everything in the apartment like it is their own, including the food/snacks in the cupboard and washing facilities. Guests will also have full access to the apartment facilities, including pool, gym and BBQ area.
Unlimited download wifi is available for all guests.
Off street parking is also available for $20 a day/night per car space.

In an effort to help our guests make the most out of their time in Melbourne, we will offer hints and tips on our favourite cafes, bars and restaurants. As we're aware that most guests staying with us will be on holiday, we will give you your privacy, but on the other hand, we'll always be a text message away if on the very off chance there are any issues or if you would simply like some advice on where to go and what to see in Melbourne.

The 2pm check-in time is simply a guide and is the absolute latest the apartment will be available. The possibility of early check-in depends entirely on what time the previous guest checks out - I am always happy to hand over the keys as soon as the apartment is ready, regardless of time.
We also try to be as flexible as possible with check-out times, but please be aware if incoming guests are arriving early afternoon, access to the apartment will be needed no later than the listed check-out time of 11am.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO PETS & NO SMOKING.
Guests are expected to respect the apartment, complex and all residence, especially neighbours, at all times - an expectation with all tenants in the building is that any excess noise must stop at 10:30pm.
Please note prior to booking; if we get any word that a party or large gathering (more guests than listed at the time of booking) is happening in the apartment, the booking will be canceled immediately, all guests will be evicted and any expense associated with the cancellation/cleaning will be claimed from the security deposit.
Guests are expected to treat the apartment as if it was their own and leave it in similar condition to what it was found at check-in. All cutlery/crockery should be put through the dishwasher, dried and returned to where they was found in the cupboard, and all rubbish to be bagged and put in the rubbish chute that is located just past the lift.
