GUEST REQUIREMENTS – Please respect our neighbours!!!. They have our contact details and will phone us if there is any excessive or offensive noise particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Reports of any parties, functions or anti-social behaviour at the property will be taken seriously by management and may result in termination of permission to occupy the property without notice or any refund. Charges will be deducted from your bond if any call from management is made to you regarding excessive noise. Security will also conduct random drive by inspections during your stay.
Please Note: This home is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
PARKING - Where possible please ensure your vehicles are parked on the property and not left on the road to ensure minimum disturbance to our neighbours.
GOLF BUGGY - In operating the Golf Buggy provided with this home you confirm and agree with full understanding of the Golf Buggy Operating Instructions located in the garage.
SECURITY - Please ensure that the property is left secure, with all lights and air-conditioning turned off whenever you are not present in the property, and that all doors and windows are closed when the air-conditioning is turned on. On your final departure from the property, all keys including golf buggy keys and garage remote controls must be returned to the Sanctuary Cove Security Office.
RUBBISH – Please follow the instructions on the Rubbish Bin Notice at the home. Additional rubbish collection expenses may be charged to you should this not happen.
NO SMOKING is permitted in this house. If smoking in outside areas please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the rubbish and not left in the surrounding area ie gardens/lawns
CHECKING OUT - Please see the “On Your Departure” notice at the home for departure requirements. This property should be left in a similar state to when you arrived.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES - Any breakages, property damage, or concerns with the property that isn’t already noted on the condition report must be reported to management immediately.
Should all of the above house rules and our terms and conditions be met, then your bond will be refunded to you within 7 days.
