Great location, cheap, and easy communication to the host. She was very kind and helpful even before the stay! However, if you're not a fan of cockroaches/ bugs, then this place is not for you. Also you might have no wifi in the room/ building.(because we didn't)

Ms. Liz and Manang Conching were very accommodating. There were no hassle from check in thru check out. Ms. Liz was very considerate with all our requests. I would definitely recommend her space to my friends who would come to Manila.

I booked on a short notice and really appreciate Liz's prompt communication and hospitality. There is a 711 as well as a local restaurant in the condo building itself so it's easy to stock up on food and drinks if you just feel like staying in. If you feel like going out to explo…

Ms liz was one good host,The place is small but its ok..poor signal in the unit and the entire building.the biggest disappointment was that there are a lot of baby cockroaches in the unit..the elevator of the building

Liz was an amazing host. She went above and beyond the entire trip and was always so sweet and helpful. She provided us with snacks and toiletries and even met us at 3am the night of our arrival!
