The backyard is private and spacious with stellar views of the stars at night and of magnificent Mt. San Jacinto.

This home is central to everything but quiet and private.
The house is under 3 miles to N. Palm Canyon Dr where numerous restaurants, galleries and downtown activities can be found (street fair Thursday nights!)
The Palm Springs Aerial tramway, Palm Springs Art Museum, Palm Springs International Airport and numerous wonderful hiking trails are all under 10 minutes from the house.
The house is in walking distance to the Escena Golf Club and restaurant with must see stunning views of the mountains and landscape.
There are 2 beach cruisers available for guests to paddle around town and enjoy!
The salt water pool is lovely but not heated at this time.
Fortunately, there are many therapeutic benefits in cold plunges!
Other must do excursions are the high desert.
Pioneertown, Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree National Park.
The Integratron Soundbath in Landers is an absolute must experience. Just down a dirt road from this picturesque dome is Giant Rock. At an awesome 7 stories high it is one of the largest free standing boulders in the world. Integratron staff will happily direct you.
The scenic, beautiful alpine environment of Idyllwild is a short trip from Palm Springs and highly recommended.
The landscape diversity of this truly charming mountain town is a breath of fresh air!
For you shopaholics the Desert Premium Outlet stores are in close by Cabazon where the options are endless! Don't forget to get a date shake from Hadley's on the way there or back!
Los Angeles, San Diego and other day trips are all encouraged!

28 day minimum stay
The ranch accommodates up to 4 persons maximum, with an occasional guest only per approval from the owner.
A surcharge of $75 per extra guest will apply.
Dogs are allowed by request only, a maximum of 2 dogs is permitted. Bi-monthly cleaning is required if you bring your pet. ($50) The backyard is fully fenced.
This home is not suitable for large or loud groups. The city of Palm Springs closely monitors code enforcement policies for noise complaints and excessive persons on properties. Excessive noise or persons will not be tolerated.
No smoking of any kind inside the house as this will affect the security deposit.
The property manager lives on the cul de sac to assist with any problems that may arise.
Mellow, mature and mindful guests are most welcome and are sure to enjoy their time at the Rancho!
Dogs are allowed by request only but no cats sorry! The owner is highly allergic to cats.
There is a $35 surcharge per pet.
Please keep your pet off all of the furniture as any damage to fabric or furniture surfaces will be noted and affect the security deposit.
Please be sure to thoroughly pick up after your pet. Thank You!
Thank you for keeping the home clean and leaving it as you found it. Washing and returning all kitchen dishes, pots and utensils is greatly appreciated.
Please discard of used BBQ briquets as the garbage is easily accessible from the BBQ area.
Please take all garbage/recyclables to appropriate containers in backyard (by outdoor sheds) and as we are in a major drought please be mindful of water usage.
