The apartment is spacious, light, airy, contemporary with a nice relaxed feel to it with a stylish neutral interior design, fully furnished and rated to 5 star gold standard. There are panoramic views of the town, harbour, harbour beach, and Atlantic ocean from the double french doors in both the bedroom and sitting room, probably some of the best views in St Ives!
The apartment is in an elevated position in the centre of St Ives and is not overlooked, so guests can sit up in bed with a cup of tea in the morning and just take in the stunning views.
The Bedroom - Luxury double bed with White Company silk throws and cushions, plump feather pillows and feather duvet, bed side tables and lamps, good full length mirror with plug socket underneath, hair-dryer, good portable make-up mirror (plain glass one side and magnifying glass on the other), waste bin, built-in double wardrobe with drawers, two beautiful oil paintings, full length custom made curtains with black out lining and pull-cord to open and close them, double french doors to Juliet balcony, and a wall mounted 32" flat screen TV with DVD player.
The Bathroom - Good size shower tray and good shower, medicine cabinet with mirror door, shaver socket inside the cabinet, heated towel rail, wash hand basin with storage cupboard beneath, loo and waste bin.

The Sitting Room - A cream leather love seat and a 3 seater leather sofa, standard lamp, cushions, dining table with four chairs and large circular mirror over, coffee table, side board, wall mounted 42"flat screen Smart TV, docking station for I-Phone, I-Pod and I-Pad, Wi-Fi, full length custom made curtains with black out lining and cord-pull to open and close them, double french doors to Juliet balcony and two beautiful oil paintings. In the side board are a selection of games, DVD's, and guides to local attractions.
The Kitchen - Fitted kitchen with spacious cupboards, stocked with plenty of good quality utensils, dishes, white porcelain crockery, wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer glasses and tumblers. There are tea towels, a kitchen hand towel, kitchen knife set, bread board, veg chopping board, and champagne bucket. Kitchen equipment includes induction hob, fan oven, microwave, wine chilling cabinet, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, 4 slice toaster, kitchen scales, pots and pans, and swing waste bin.
The Utility Room - Gas boiler for central heating and hot water, freezer, combined washing machine tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, Henry Vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, and umbrella for guest use.
The Apartment is accessed from street level, on Fernlea Terrace, so there are no stairs to climb. The apartment is at the rear of Fernlea Court and, due to the local terrain, is actually on the first floor.
Access is by key which is kept in a key box on the outside of Fernlea Court. Full instructions will be provided to all guests.
Guests have free use of our SECURE GATED DESIGNATED CAR PARKING SPACE just across the road from the apartment. The access is by a magnetic card, provided with the entry key.

My husband, Chris, co-hosts with me. We live locally to the apartment, so we are on hand at all times to answer questions, or deal with any issues that may arise.

We provide a delicious welcome pack, including a bottle of wine and marmalade from Rick Stein, Penhaligon's toiletries, tissues, cotton wool pads, cotton buds, loo paper, slippers, and milk in the fridge with a tea tray and biscuits set out for guests' arrival.
Free use of the Wi-Fi and car parking.
We provide the following for your use, but not to be removed - bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, face flannels, 2 towelling robes, playing cards, games and DVD's.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 5.
No smoking in the apartment or the apartment building.
No candles or incense to be burnt in the apartment.
No children under 5 years of age.
Not suitable for wheel chairs.
