New for 2016, The Beach Pad couldn't be closer to the sand and surf of stunning Mawgan Porth Beach, being set just across the winding coastal road. The family-and-dog-friendly cove sits in the valley between the quaint fishing town of Padstow, famed for Rick Stein's restaurants and world renowned Newquay, home of the UK's biggest waves. It's also just a stone's throw from Watergate Bay, home to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen and a good base from which to learn to surf or explore Cornwall's other treasures such as the Minack Theatre and the Eden Project.
The apartment itself is laden with everything you need to make your holiday a fabulously easy one, with on-site parking, amazing sea views, TV, DVD player, WiFi, central heating, all linen and towels.
The Living Space
The open plan suite is fitted with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and chill out lounge overlooking Mawgan Porth's beautiful beach.

A master double room overlooking the gurgling Menalhyl River.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3)
A bunk combination with double under and single on top enjoying a marvellous panorama of the countryside.
The family shower room sits between the two bedrooms.
Outdoors, there are two unique spaces to relax and enjoy the lush landscapes towards St Mawgan village and it's farms. The first allows al fresco picnic dining; the second making the perfect roof-spot for tanning and chilling.
Up some steep steps is where the Beach Pad sits atop a busy seasonal restaurant serving the most delicious seafood and steaks as well as hearty breakfasts, steaming coffees, lounging lunches and sunset cocktails [as a Beach Pad guest you benefit from 10% discount on all food and drink throughout your stay!]

Mobile phone signal is extremely low in the whole of Mawgan Porth but the apartment comes equipped with WiFi.
Access to the accommodation is up a flight of steep steps.
Beneath is a bustling restaurant which opens during the fairer weather across the day and evening. Although there is a buzz of people and music, it operates within usual trading hours and noise is not usually disruptive.
The dull bit…
During school Summer holidays we only book from Sunday to Sunday.
We allow well behaved PETS; we just ask that you don't allow them on the furniture or loose in the car park. Mawgan Porth car park and beach are next door to exercise dogs all year round.
Stag, hen and under 25yrs are considered subject to a 50% surcharge and large security deposit.

SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - Please consult your booking agent for details of how this is included/refunded. Your £250 return is based on the following reasonable requests:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
All rubbish and recycling are placed in appropriate bins and soiled dishes are cleaned.
The key is left in the key safe and property is left locked.
No linens are lost or damaged.
No arrivals before 3.00pm or departures after 10.00am.
No loud noise is audible from the property after 10pm or complaints received from neighbours regarding behaviour.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to five persons.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
PARKING – One free designated space is available in the car park behind the property extra spaces are generally available but may be subject to pay and display charges during peak season. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
WATER - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or nappies should be flushed at any
