The house is open plan with an open fireplace and a slow combustion wood heater/cooker. It is a '1800s style' colonial timber home built with Blue gum, Ironbark and Stringybark mostly sourced from the property.
The house is set on a beautiful part of a 100 acre property at the 'Sydney ' end of the Wollombi valley with a lovely outlook. The three bedrooms all have French doors opening to the verandah.
There are two bathrooms in total with one being an en-suite.
A beautiful place to relax that lends itself to bird watching or starry nights or just a glass of wine by the fire. Or if you are feeling more energetic and a casual hit of tennis appeals there is a full size 'bush' tennis hard court.

No mobile reception however there is a landline and limited WiFi
The house is less than 1.5kms from the Great north road with 2wd access. However, the road is not ideal for low clearance vehicles.
Sorry, no pets.
Smoking permitted outside the house.
Not suitable for pre-school children but awesome for older kids !
Midday check in Friday. Sunday checkout at 3pm or later by arrangement.
Midweek specials rates available on certain dates. Check with us.
Guests have use of the whole house.
