Great apartment near Nimman and all the restaurants, bars, shops in the area. Close to Tops market for grocery shopping. Easy to catch a tuk-tuk or songtaew taxi on the road right out front if you don't feel like walking. Close to the airport as well. As a result, you get some noise from jets from time to time, but it's not continuous.
The apartment looks just like the pics. Nice, roomy, clean place, and it gets cleaned two times per week. You will need to go out and buy some of the basics like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, sponge, hand soap, paper towels, etc. as those aren't provided. Bath towels are provided and changed each time the place is cleaned, though.
The kitchen setup worked fine for me (guy traveling alone). There are just basic pots and pans along with the plates, silverware, cups. Microwave and stove worked great.
Internet worked great (I'm a digital nomad, so that was important!) and TV and AC as well.
I stayed for a month, so my water cost 100 baht, and my electricity usage for the month was $650 baht on top of the rent cost. I tried to minimize using the AC to keep the electric usage down, but I wasn't uncomfortable at all. You can ask to check your electric usage at the office during your stay if you want to monitor it.
The office staff and cleaning staff were very friendly, and I was able to keep in touch with Piti through the AirBnB app with no problem. He was very responsive to questions and getting me directions to the apt when I first arrived to give to the taxi driver.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on a return visit for sure!
