Come stay in the comfort of your own private apartment within our beautiful home in Chapel Hill, perfectly situated minutes from Franklin Street, UNC, and Duke. You have a private entrance, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom! This is an ideal space for 2 (on a single queen bed), but we do have a comfortable twin air mattress in case you need to fit 3.
***Seeking monthly renter for JUNE and JULY, possibly including MAY and AUGUST*** Please message if interested
This apartment has its own separate entrance on the side of our home. There is a bedroom (with one traditional queen bed and optional twin air mattress if requested), bathroom, and kitchen. Outside of your front door, you have a cozy fire-pit, hammock seats, and large backyard with an adorable creek running through the property. Deer frequently visit, along with birds, squirrels, and other fun wildlife.
Please note, our home is located on a steep hill. Access to our apartment involves walking up and down a group of steps, so if you have difficulty with stairs this may not be the best option for you.
For those staying longer than a couple of nights, upon request, we will grant access to our laundry room.
Please note- due to a requirement from our home insurance company, we must have you ready and accept a basic rental agreement prior to your arrival.
