The apartment unit has recently been renovated (freshly painted throughout, living area floor stained, bedrooms re-carpeted).

The white painted walls of this older style home provide a clean, fresh background for the quirky mix of furnishings and decor, including chandeliers! A spacious, comfortable retreat to enjoy the spectacular view of the Lake Macquarie gateway.

It is self contained with separate access from the front of the property. One bathroom is located on the top floor and access to 2nd shower and toilet located downstairs, access via back patio.

This property is divided in to 2 separated, self contained apartment units, each having it's own entrance. I periodically reside in the bottom floor apartment and am happy for guests to advise they would prefer I am not in residence during the time of their stay.

Toddler stair barricade available upon request.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.

Excellent location, water front property close to beach and local stores. Had a very enjoyable weekend retreat with some close friends. The host Nadene is a very nice and friendly person, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was as described on the listing and was very clean and orderly.
