The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. Children from 3 years onwards are considered as guests and have to be included in the total number of guests in the booking form. Children up to the age of 2 are free of charge.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace.

PETS
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

INCLUSIVE FEES
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card) which gives approximately additional 80 units (kwh).

CLEANING
We do not charge extra for cleaning, but would expect the guests leave the apartment clean. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.

WATER CLOSET
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).

TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)

RESPECT NEIGHBOURS
The guests are advised that as per law no loud noise is permitted between 11pm and 7am. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours whilst on holiday.

INDEMNITY
The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

FALSIFIED BOOKINGS
Any guests making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.

Nice and cozy apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and airy dining room. Equipped with all you might needed. Within 5 minutes walking from coastline and sea view restaurants. Several minutes to get a bus. Frendly owners, ready to help. I highly recommend it if you're planing to have a rest in Marsaxlokk.

Already starting with the final preparation of the travel to Marsaxlokk respectively the apartment everything was perfectly arranged and supported. Birgit, Anson and others are really very friendly, overall helpful and supportive whenever this was required. The apartment is located in a quiet street of Marsaxlokk and the description of the apartment represents the reality. Clean, well equipped, and with a lot of space as described. It is for sure recommendable to rent a car in order to look around. Peter's Pool and other interesting beaches and bays are in the south of Malta located. The south of Malta is from our point of view more interesting than the north (e.g. tourists incl. the usual scope of related things). This apartment is absolutely recommendable for a new stay in Marsaxlokk!

We had a great time in Malta. The hoasts were helpful and friendly, the apartment was clean and well equipped. In the summer heat it was a blessing with AC in the bedrooms. The busstop was not far away, but I would recommend hiering a car. We did, and managed to visit quite a few historical sites, of wich there are many on the Southern part of the island. And do not miss St. Peters pool! Spectacular!

We loved the apartment as it was spacious and clean. Any concerns were dealt with quickly and the staff were friendly and accommodating and we would book through them again.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment just a short walk from the sea front. Use of the roof terrace and the washing machine was also included. Marsaxlokk has some lovely restaurants and is only 20-30 drive from the centre of Valletta. It is also very close to the airport, it only took 15 minutes to get there from the apartment. Highly recommended!

The appartment is huge and the view is great. The kitchen is well equiped and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great. It is even better than the photo's. Near to the harbour (you can walk) and only 15 minutes away from a lot of cultural landmarks and activities. A very good price/quality balance and a friendly welcome.
