Bellavista is a very large apartment (150 sqr metres), furnished with Italian furniture, having three air-conditioned bedrooms, facing unobstructed country views and featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, free WIFI and satellite TV.
BELLAVISTA hosts its guests in three spacious bedrooms all equipped with air-condition (the third bedroom has got an air-condition as of January 2017). The apartment also has got two bathrooms (ensuite and a family bathroom), a kitchen/dining room, and a large living room with satellite TV and wifi. It is important to note that due to the large size of the apartment, the wifi works best in the living-kitchen area.
From the kitchen-living area one can enjoy relaxing views on the nearby fields and countryside.
The apartment provides fresh linen, towels and even beach towels. Washing machine is situated in the washroom on the rooftop. Ironing facilities are also available for the guests.
The apartment is ideal for a group of 6 persons offering two double and two single beds in three bedrooms. However, an additional foldable bed can be added to the main bedroom for the 7th person.
This is a 2nd floor apartment without a lift in the building.
Guests have access to the beautiful roof terrace with open country and distant sea views. On the roof terrace guests may enjoy BBQ facilities in an agreement with the owners.
The rooftop is set up weather permitting (mostly from mid May to mid October), however the outdoor furniture can be taken out also during winter months given that the weather is nice.
There is usually roadside parking available free of charge next to the apartment block or just some 50m away.

All accommodation on the Maltese islands are required by law to collect Environment Contribution i.e Eco Tax at €0.50 per adult (18 years +) per night, capped at €5 (maximum). This contribution is NOT included in the rental rate and has to be settled on arrival in cash.
There is a generous electricity limit of 20 units (kwh) daily included in the rental price which covers also the use of ACs for a good number of hours a day. In case of over-consumption (which is unlikely) guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card, additional 80 units).
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. Children from 3 years onwards are considered as guests and have to be included in the total number of guests in the booking form. Children up to the age of 2 are free of charge.
This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card) which gives approximately additional 80 units (kwh).
We do not charge extra for cleaning, but would expect the guests leave the apartment clean. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).
TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)
The guests agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied.
ROOF TERRACE AND WASHING MACHINE
The roof terrace and washroom with washing machine are shared with the host. Washing machine can be used as per the manual left on the washing machine.
The guests are advised that as per law no loud noise is permitted between 11pm and 7am. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours whilst on holiday.
The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Any guests making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.
