This quaint, newly remodeled, 50's inspired, brightly colored bungalow has one bedroom with an antique double bed (with a new memory foam mattress), living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a gear & game room that can be used to play a game of checkers or store your ski or hiking equipment.
The Bungalow is in a small neighborhood on a quiet street. The newly remodeled interior is designed to accommodate two adults comfortably but can sleep another adult or perhaps two small children (the sofa is designed to be converted to a bed roughly the size of a twin).
The bedroom, painted an almost Tiffany blue, has an antique double bed with an uber comfortable mattress, a dresser and clothes rack for storing your clothes, side tables, and a USB plug to charge your devices.
The kitchen has a full-size stove, microwave and fridge. A kitchen table, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and cooking utensils make cooking for yourself easy to do. Also included is coffee and a 1950's electric peculator to make it in.
The bathroom has been completely redone which includes a new rainfall shower head in the shower, a lighted makeup mirror, plenty of towels, and quirky touches like an antique doll bed frame converted into a towel rack.
The living room, is furnished with an Ikea couch that is big enough for two to snuggle up on, a mod style coffee table, and a few floor pillows that can be used for extra seating. Also included are some funky touches like a record console, some old Life magazines, and a pink reindeer hung on the wall.
The gear & game room has hooks for storing your coats and equipment as well as a checker board, some playing cards and a couple dozen books to entertain yourselves.
The front porch has a turquoise and white, flower shaped table that is great for dining on warm evenings or mornings and includes the bonus of an awesome view of the nearby mountain and perhaps even a peek at the river, if you sit in just the right spot.
A washer and dryer are available but, since they are in the basement and access is not without its quirks, arrangements for use need to be made before arrival.
Guests have access to all 600 square feet of the home. The house has its own driveway with off-street parking right next to the building. Guests will be given a code to enter the door.

The owners live within 2 miles of the house and are available 24/7 (unless we are very deep in sleep -then we might not hear the phone).
Другие важные подробности
The Bungalow was designed to be a quiet little place to rest, relax and get away from the big cities. With that in mind, there is no Internet access or a TV (there are a few places in either Gorham or Berlin that have free wifi).
During the summer, the White Mountains rarely has hot weather and The Bungalow is kept cool just by opening the windows and maybe running a fan or two so there is no air conditioner.
During the winter, it can get very cold up here. Every effort will be made to ensure the driveway and walk ways are kept clear and that The Bungalow is warm upon your arrival.
Well behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking on premises.
