TERMS OF SALES
Article 1 - Conclusion of the contract:
The reservation becomes effective when the client has sent the owner a deposit check or bank transfer 30% of the total amount and a copy of the first page of this contract signed before the date indicated. A second copy is kept by the customer.
Article 2 - Cancellation by the customer:
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) Cancellation more than 45 days prior: full refund.
b) Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before: deposit is kept.
c) Cancellation between 20 and 30 days before: 50% of paid holiday.
d) Cancellation less than 20 days before: no refund.
e) If the client does not respond within 24 hours of arrival, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of his house, no refund can be made.
f) If the stay is shortened, there will be no refund.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the owner:
The owner pays the full amount paid.
Article 4 - To:
The customer must present himself the specified day. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must warn the owner.
Article 5 - State of play: a) All facilities are in working order, claims more than 12 hours after taking possession of the premises can be accepted. Article 8 - Capacity:
The present contract is established for a maximum capacity of 8 people, ideal for 6 adults and 2 children.
The capacity may be different with the express consent of the owner and mentioned in this contract in the section number of people.
Article 9 - Animals:
Animals are not accepted, unless express consent of the owner.
CAUTION: Without this agreement, a charge of € 300 for large animals and 150 for small € will be asked on arrival for your stay. Otherwise, a breach of contract will be established and there will be no refund.
Article 10 - Insurance:
The customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is required to be insured by an insurance contract type or resort Personal liability. Attestation to ask the tenant's insurer.
Article 11 - Tourist tax:
It amounts to € 1 per night per person over 15 years.
