Bad experience of staying in Guillaume's apartment. We agreed with Guillaume the day before my arrival via airbnb site that I will come at 7 pm. Guillaume gives client only "instructions" where to find a key and how to open a door. After that he doesn't care about you and lives his own live. Unfortunately I had problems with my car at the arrival day. So I came at 11-30 pm. I had been calling to Guillaume since 6 pm several times to let him know about the situation, then I sent a few sms with a request for an answer but there was no answer. I came to his house by GPS in the hardest rain that day. But I failed to find the house promptly. I started to call him again but still was no answer. I was looking his house about 20 minutes in the rain. At last I found it, then found the keys, then found the flat. It was not easy because Guillaume didn't gave me the flat's number but only one more "instruction" such as: "the door is the left". But he didn't tell me "the left" from the lift or from the stairs. I started trying to enter with a wrong flat and the most funny thing was that one of the keys fit to the door. I could insert the key but could not to turn it. After 10 minutes of trying to enter the wrong door I decided to try the opposite door and was very surprised when the key fit to that door as well and I was able to open it. But if you think It was the end you are wrong. Guillaume has a security lock. You can't remove it without a special procedure. I had one more "instruction" for that too. I honestly had been trying to remove it for half an hour but I failed. It was already about 1 am. I was trying to enter Guillaume's apartment in wet clothes already for 1,5 hours. So I decided to wake Guillaume up because he was sleeping in his room all that time. I was very surprised when instead of help, without any hello, he began to shout at me that he gave me all "instruction". Then he removed the key, went to his room and slammed the door. I was shocked. You have to understand that Guillaume has 24-hour check in so actually I didn't broke his rules. I had been calling to him since 6 pm, not when I just arrived. He didn't do me a favor to host me I had paid for that. Such a behavior is unexceptable in any reason. I don't have claims to his "instruction" policy but to his behavior. You can't talk and behave this way with people whom you provide a service! POOR HOSTING! DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND!
