This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.
Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The apartment is located in London's famous Camden Town. You can see the location map here on the website, with precise location. Full address we provide after the reservation is made and we send together will all contacts and arrival instructions, as soon as you book it, but you can see the exact location on the map presented- just scroll down or click to see – MAP.
There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.
Transport and Attractions:
•Very close to Camden Town tube station (5 mins walk)
•Camden Road Station (1 mins walk).
•King's Cross/St. Pancras International and Euston are only a short walk away.

Once you book, we email you complete check-in details, contract, with full address, directions, instructions, emergency contacts, and a point of contact for your arrival. We will wait for you at the property and provide 2 sets of keys.

Moreover the rates include all bills and services from WIFI to gas, and council tax, etc. These are very significant in London but I took care of them for you. There’s nothing extra to pay. The rates on the website already include these features.

Please note for early and late arrivals, the following charges apply:
For early arrivals between 10.30am and 2.45pm, there is an early check in fee of £25.
For arrivals between 7pm and 11:30pm there is a late check in fee of £25. Our housekeeping team maintain our flats in an immaculate condition and welcomes you after 7pm; they forgo their dinner, their family time so this small fee is to compensate them for working outside their normal hours.
Between 11:30pm and midnight the late check-in fee is of £50 to pay for their taxi back home - after such long hours we do not want our staff to risk missing their last trains.
After midnight the late check in fee goes up to £90. This is to pay their taxi to the flat and back home. Our staff will be waiting for our guest till 2/3am in the morning!
If you re not comfortable with that fee we kindly ask you to collect the keys before 7pm, free of charge.
House rules: NO SMOKE, NO NOISE, NO RUBBISH and DOORS TO BE CLOSED
1) Not to smoke or permit smoking inside or on the Premises.
2) Not to do or permit to be done anything which may be a noise nuisance, nuisance or annoyance or cause of damage to any neighboring or adjoining property.
3) Not to dispose any rubbish, bottles without a bag.
The rubbish / trash bags are to be placed in the street – on the sidewalk by the road. There is no container, just leave it on the street by the roadside where other people's bags are - do not leave them by the street door. It is collected daily around 12pm and from 5pm, except Sundays when we’re not sure there’s collection. Please use a black bin liner / bag, tie it with a knot and place it in the street.
Recycling: Save the world and use the clear/transparent recycle bags. To be placed outside, same as rubbish bags. If there is no recycling bag please use the black bag.
4) Not to deface, make any alterations or additions to the interior or exterior of the Premises or to the decoration, fixtures or fittings of the Premises or to the furniture.
5) Not to remove any of the furniture, soft furnishings, fixtures and equipment from its present position in the Premises.
6) Always close the street door and front door.
