This is actually a boutique hotel. We were in Brooklyn for a wedding and only spent one night. Check-in was very quick. The room itself was tiny but as described. We needed a place to crash for the night, and this was perfect. The AC did not seem to be working, and unfortunately for us, it was a warm October night. My only other negative remark is about the bathroom. One of the wash cloths was dirty, but this did not greatly impact our stay. The location was great. I wish we had more time to spend in the area as there are a lot of fun bars and things to do. If you are driving in, make sure you are prepared to park on the street if you don't want to pay to park in a lot. We had no issues finding parking, but we did some research ahead of time so we knew what streets were okay to park on. If you are low-maintenance and need a place to crash for a night or two, this is a good spot. I would not recommend for an extended stay as it would feel pretty cramped over time.
